Role Description and Responsibilities

• AI & Data Governance Solutions Design & Development

o Application Architecture & Full-Stack Development: Architect and develop comprehensive applications supporting governance workflows and automation platforms

o Data Architecture: Design robust data models and architectures supporting governance data flows, inventory management, and risk assessment processes

o Platform Integration: Build and maintain integrations with IT/data/model inventory platforms and governance toolsets

o Cloud Solutions: Develop and deploy solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure, utilizing services supporting platforms for scalability and cost

o User Experience Design: Create intuitive user interfaces and dashboards that enhance governance workflow efficiency and user adoption

Qualification & Core Skills requirement:

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in application design, architecture, and full-stack development

• 3+ years designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications

• Proven track record leading technical workstreams and delivering complex solutions from concept to production

• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries preferred

• Experience with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles

• Knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements (model risk management, data privacy)

• AWS or cloud architecture certifications

 • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Cloud & Infrastructure

Data & AI Capabilities

• Strong data architecture and modeling skills with experience designing scalable data solutions

Job Profile:-

• Appraising credit proposals and scrutinizing relevant documents prior to sanctioning and disbursement of pre owned car and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Conducting comprehensive study of creditworthiness of individual clients by supervising data verification and field investigation activities.
• Evaluating financial statements of various clients and availing approval of quantum of credit considering all deviations as per policy.
• Interacting with the Field investigation FI and Risk Control Unit RCU agencies, visiting them regularly to resolve their queries, providing valuable feedback to enhance their report quality and ensure seamless execution of business operations.
• Conducted surprise visits to some customers to cross check the authenticity of the FI and RCU reports in turn avoiding fraud cases and minimizing the loses.
• Successfully maintained a Login to disbursement turn around time of 7days and a loan processing turn around time of 48 hours inclusive of FI and RCU process completion
• Pivotal in achieving minimal number of operational errors related to files disbursed.
• Implementing various trackers and reporting systems, preparing daily MIS and monthly branch reports for monitoring business performance.

Qualifications

Experience

•   Over 6 months full-time experience working with Bubble.io (you will be required to show your portfolio of work of demonstrating a deep knowledge of Bubble during the process)

•   One or more years of experience designing, implementing and maintaining Relational Databases

•   One or more years of experience building web applications (any language) or work in a technical business analyst or product leadership role
