Retail banking Business Analyst

Overview

We're looking for a Mid-to senior level data analyst who can create underwriting methodologies based on users' financial data, assist with regular evaluation and reporting, and help us in continuous product improvement. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a good product-based startup who can be a go-getter, and has helped the product to launch different functionalities, and has experience stabilizing it.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel is mandatory.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant work experience in the finance industry is a plus
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of data visualization tools such as Redash.
• ML/Statistical model or algorithm is a bonus
• A good understanding of the product life cycle and product-based analytical experience is a must
• The ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and help the stakeholders with the right insights is a must
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of start-up is a must

Key Responsibilities:

● Ensure performance, strategy and alignment of the company's revenue generating departments

● Establishing guiding sales organizational principles for managing performance

● Mapping key client and agencies in the region for pitching lbb advertising / marketing solutions

● Build trusted relationships, and clearly articulate key value propositions, process and performance for the region

● Manage team and ensure they learn and deliver the set KRA's

● Execute the sales strategies, manage sales sales territories and leverage the right resources to optimize the results

Main Tasks

• Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
• Testing and improving the design of the website.
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
• Working with different content management systems.
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure

Qualification profile

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Good understanding of content management systems.
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
• Experience with working on Vue.js and/or Node.js would be a plus.
• Knowledge of Figma would be a plus
• Hands-on Experience on Storybook would be a plus

AD Skills: 

• Implementing Active Directory Infrastructure  
• Expertise on Windows Infrastructure components integration like DNS, DHCP etc. 
• Assess Domain Controllers, Domain Architecture, Centralized Migrations, GPO Designs, Windows DNS/DHCP Management and Forest Level Trust Architecture 
• Cloud Service integration with Active Directory including Amazon Web Services and Azure Active Directory Services 
• Multi Forest/Domain Active Directory and DNS migration 
• In depth knowledge of AD Site Topology, OU’s Structure, Group Policies, NTP, LDAP and implementation and AD components 
• Good knowledge on AD Security and identity principals 
• Strong integration experience of ADFS and integration with the on-prem Active Directory

Main Responsibilities will be to:

• Provide Support to me for Plant's Zoho Activities
• Data Entry skillset for mass data related tasks at Engage Portal
• Need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Zoho will be preferable.
• Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator (Any Experience on these Applications)
• Knowledge of Common IT Troubleshooting

• You will be part of a collaborative project team
• Will leverage several proprietary and standard tools to implement technical solutions.
• Responsible for understanding business requirements, providing estimation, developing solution, writing unit test scenarios and fixing defects for assigned applications.
