We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Tech Lead / Solution Architect with deep expertise in the MERN stack and AWS to join our organization. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / Graduate
• Proven experience 7-10 years as a Technical Lead or similar role in software development (start-up experience preferred)
• Strong technical skills in programming languages such as MERN, Python, Postgres, MySQL.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and microservices architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Nice to have - Real-world experience in large scale, and high availability implementations.
• Experience developing web services using REST and SOAP approaches.

• Fluent English Required, and able to provide well-articulated and reasoned explanations for when and why to apply software design patterns.

• Experience of 3 to 5 years developing using MEAN Stack

• Strong development experience using Node.JS, Express, Angularjs and Mongodb

• Experience in UX, CSS, LESS/SASS, Git, Gulp

• Agile development background is required

• Test Driven Development experience

• Cloud deployment experience is preferred, working with Google, AWS, Jenkins, Docker
