The ideal candidate will be responsible for training our internal teams (current and new). They will be responsible for simplifying complex technical concepts and enabling users to confidently adopt and use our platform.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

● Deliver live training sessions (virtual/classroom) on software products to internal teams Sales, Marketing, and engineering teams

● Design and develop training materials, including presentations, user guides, videos and and e-learning modules

● Assess training needs and customize sessions based on audience requirements
