About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Designer specializing in men’s shirts to join our creative team. The role involves end‑to‑end design development, from concept research to production handover, ensuring timely completion of seasonal collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept research and design development for upcoming seasons
• Preparing creative samples and tech packs; coordinating with vendors for timely range completion
• Graphic design for labels, trims, and product sampling
• Providing design support and tech packs for selected styles to ensure smooth production handovers
• Conducting market visits for design intelligence and competitive brand study
• Monitoring sell‑through data to improve product design and collection performance
• Making adjustments in fits as per market requirements

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Fashion Design (NIFT / Pearl or equivalent)
• 7–9 years of experience with domestic fashion brands
• Strong expertise in men’s shirt design, fabrics, and garment construction
• Proficiency in design software: CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Skilled in pattern making and garment construction

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of experience in IT / SaaS sales who can manage the end-to-end sales cycle and handle international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, pricing discussion, and deal closure
• Generate leads through bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.) and other sales channels
• Handle international clients and understand global business requirements
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demos to clients
• Maintain and update sales activities using CRM tools (IT/SaaS CRM)
• Communicate effectively with clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
• Coordinate with technical and internal teams for smooth project handover

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT / SaaS sales or business development

Main responsibilities and duties:

 Reviews deals on Salesforce with a commercial mindset and assesses the strength and

revenue potential of the deal.

 Has a good understanding of deal structures, and key KPIs e.g. discount, fee etc and uses this

knowledge to suggest improvements to submitted deals in order to maximise potential

profit.

 Works closely with the Merchandiser to ensure deals on-site are bringing in incremental

sales and aren’t cannibalising other deals.

 Provides relevant focus to the sales team to improve quality of deal submissions.

 Prioritises approved deals on the copy board, ensuring deals are written in priority order,

ensuring deals launch in time for key selling periods.

 Schedules launch date of deals.

 Identifies top deals that require a more in-depth write-up from the copy team and ensures

these are written in a timely manner.

Technical Skills required:

 BCom/BBA/MBA Degree or previous experience in a relevant sector

 Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g. excel)

 Ability to analyse data sets in order to arrive at logical conclusions

 Experience in tools such as SQL and Power Bi useful but not essential

There are over 40 million developers in the world, and all of them write and review code in some form. The Language Engineering team works on the source code analyzers, including both programming languages and configuration-as-code systems. As a member of the Language Engineering team, you will work on building the best, most comprehensive, Ruby analyzer in the world. You will add new rules and Autofixes for finding more issues with code and automatically fixing them. You will be involved with the community to understand the problems with static analysis tools in the Ruby ecosystem.

• Identify bad code practices in Ruby and write new analyzers to detect them.

• Improve the coverage of automatically fixable issues.

• Ensure fewer false-positives are reported by the analyzer.

• Work on the internal tools that support analysis runtimes.

• Contribute to open-source static analysis tools.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science.

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience in Ruby.
