Looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our Real Estate team! Your main mission? Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Follow-up:

Promptly reach out to leads generated through online marketing channels and other on-ground activities and also through your strong network of brokers and CP's via calls, emails, or messages. Consistently maintain communication to nurture relationships and establish trust.

Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:

Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements, preferences, and budget constraints to provide suitable property options.

Property Site Visits:

Coordinate and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers to facilitate informed decision-making.

Sales Support & Deal Closure:

Guide clients through the sales process, negotiate terms effectively, and work diligently to close deals successfully.

Documentation & Coordination:

Assist clients with documentation, paperwork, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth transaction.

Market & Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on different property listings, market trends, and competitors to provide accurate information and advice to customers.

Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline. Provide feedback to the management for overall strategy improvements on a regular basis.

Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing.

Experience:

2.5 - 5 years of proven real estate sales experience.

Deltek is seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in ERP systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks for enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts & frameworks for ERP applications.
• Implement AI-based solutions in Test Automation deliverables and expedite the overall delivery process.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand business requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute tests to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of ERP systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work with developers to resolve them.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience:

Snowflake Data Engineer

Job Description:

·        Overall Experience : 5+ years of experience in Snowflake and Python.

·        Experience of 5+ years in data preparation. BI projects to understand business requirements in BI context and understand data model to transform raw data into meaningful data using snowflake and Python.

·        Designing and creating data models that define the structure and relationships of various data elements within the organization. This includes conceptual, logical, and physical data models, which help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

·        Designing data integration solutions that allow different systems and applications to share and exchange data seamlessly. This may involve selecting appropriate integration technologies, developing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and ensuring data quality during the integration process.

·        Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.

·        Good knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP

·        Good hands-on knowledge of Snowflake is a must. Experience with various data ingestion methods (Snow pipe & others), time travel and data sharing and other Snowflake capabilities

·        Good knowledge of Python/Py Spark, advanced features of Python

Must-Have Skills and Abilities:

· 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Technology with expertise in test automation of applications from UI and API layer.

· Hands-on experience of programming concept such as OOPs in scripting languages like Java, .NET, Python and JavaScript.

· Candidate should have hands on experience of writing, maintaining automated UI and APIs tests written in Java, JavaScript, C#, Python using various open-source testing libraries like, Cypress, REST Assured, Selenium, etc.

· Hands on experience with one or more querying languages such SQL (preferred) and No SQL databases (MongoDB).

· Hands on experience in automating backend REST services including writing custom functions using tools such as Cypress, Postman, REST Assured, Ready API etc.

· Experience of working in distributed agile teams using agile frameworks such as SCRUM ,

· Hands on experience of working with continues integration tools such Jenkins, Circle CI.

· Able to independently create and maintain automation test jobs using tools such as Jenkins.

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
