Job Title: Software Engineer

About the Role:

We are reimagining how enterprises in BFSI and healthcare interact with documents and workflows through AI-first platforms. Our focus is on Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), GenAI-powered analysis, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) automation to transform credit decisioning, underwriting, and compliance operations.

Role Overview:

As a Software Engineer, you’ll design and build next-generation AI systems and scalable backend platforms. You’ll collaborate with ML, product, and data teams to develop LLM-powered microservices, APIs, and document intelligence tools that process unstructured data (PDFs, images, HTML) securely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems and APIs for AI and document workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM agents and deploy GenAI-based microservices.
• Build tools to structure unstructured data for downstream decisioning logic.
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability of systems handling sensitive financial and healthcare data.
• Take ownership of modules end-to-end—from concept to production rollout and monitoring.

You’ll Excel If You Have:

• 1–3 years of experience in backend or full-stack development
• Experience with unstructured data, PDFs, or document-heavy systems
• Exposure to GenAI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Strong product mindset and ability to ship scalable, usable features in fast-paced environments

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ years of experience in performance marketing

Mandatory (Team Lead): Must have atleast 1+ years of experience in a managerial role

Mandatory (Tech Skills): Must have strong hands-on expertise in any of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

Mandatory (Tech Skills): Must have proven experience managing large monthly ad budgets

Mandatory (Tech Skills): Must have an understanding of attribution models, funnels, and CRM-based tracking

What you'll do:

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to design, implement, test, and continually improve scalable frontend and backend services.
• Develop products using agile methods and tools.
• Develop commercial-grade software that is user-friendly and suitable for a global audience.
• Plan, create, and execute (manual and automated) tests.
• Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Staying up to date with current technologies and providing insights on cutting-edge software approaches, architectures, and vendors.
• Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.

Skills you bring to the table:

• Fluency in any one of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• 2+ years of inside-sales experience (preferably B2B), ideally with high-volume prospecting and outreach

• Experience in Singapore IT Sales.

• Comfortable working in Singapore time zone shifts.

• The Associate would be responsible for making enhanced outbound calls following a diligent process toward converting leads

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

• Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle

• Achieving the weekly targets in a performance-driven competitive environment

• Scheduling direct meetings (in Singapore) for the Management with new clients through targeted outbound campaigns.

• Well-equipped in handling the complete sales cycle from Lead sourcing to Lead closure.

Job Description

• Independently own one or more multiple modules, which includes: requirement analysis, design, development, maintenance & support
• Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules and that handles interaction between multiple components.
• Rapidly iterate to add new functionalities and solves complex problems with simple and intuitive solutions
• Produce architecture with clean interfaces, that are efficient and scalable
• Participate and contribute to architectural discussions
• Perform design and code reviews
• Perform technical feasibility and trade off studies & guides others to perform these studies
• Solve production issues. Investigate and provide solutions to minimize the business impact due to outage
• Continuously improve performance metrics of modules you own.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in MERN stack
• A deep understanding of JavaScript
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Unit and Integration tests
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with MathJax/Latex
• Experience with large scale video streaming

• Create and lead innovative programs, software, and analytics that drive improvements to the availability, scalability, efficiency, and latency of the application
• Work with Directors to define and execute technical strategy and arbitrate technical processes and decisions.
• Work with development teams to guide future technology choices and foster cross-team collaboration
• Work across all teams to help define and clarify requirements, explore technical feasibility, and help define product directions and plans.
• Work closely with product & engineering leaders and tech leads to turn requirements into actionable plans that teams can understand.
• Define, Refine & Develop POCs in quick turnaround time and demonstrate the same to all stakeholders effortlessly
• Embed with teams from time to time to write code, provide technical guidance, etc.
• Very deep knowledge of the entire tech stack. Excellent understanding of the entire SDLC.
• Provides a multiplier effect in getting stuff done.
• Acts as SME for the team or product area within the Engineering organization and for cross-functional organizations as well.
• Teaches others why new features are important. Good understanding of customer use cases.

• A Bachelor's degree in any technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering AEM applications
• Build management using Bamboo/Jenkins or relevant tech

Qualifications & Responsibilities

Year of Experience : 3- 8 yrs

Location : Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune

Work on ISO 27001 & NIST based Information Security Management System implementation and sustenance.

-          Responsible for SOX (IT Security Controls) and track the monthly/quarterly/annual control reports and drive effectiveness of SOX controls.

-          Work on Business Continuity Planning, IT Disaster Recovery as per ISO27001 & NIST requirements

-          Assess information security posture, identify the gaps/risks in the existing environment and develop solutions to mitigate the identified gaps/risk

-          Conduct Information Systems audits covering IT infrastructure assets

-          Working knowledge in security domains such as: security governance policies and procedures, risk management, compliance, access control, network security, security architecture, security incident response, disaster recovery, business continuity management, privacy and data protection

-          Experience in leveraging industry standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF/800-171, etc.

-          Possesses certifications such as ISO27001 LA. CISSP, CISA certification- preferred
