We are looking for a skilled and experienced ReactJS Developer to join our growing engineering team at Deqode. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in front-end development and a passion for building scalable, user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and modern web applications using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, backend, and QA.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state using Redux or Context API.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of React lifecycle methods and hooks.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state management tools.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and version control (Git).
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and libraries.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Must-Have Qualifications

React JS Developer 

• 2-4 years of experience as a React JS developer. 
• Must have Working Experience in a product based organization at least 18 months.

Role

As the lead for the frontend development team at this , you will be the sole owner of the entire FE development cycle for our consumer-facing web products in ReactJS. Also, you will be responsible for shaping up the entire system for scale and collaborating intensively with the backend and design teams to create the best consumer experiences. You would also need to control the mobile app development lifecycle on ReactNative.

Responsibilities

• Overlook development of all user-facing products in React
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Focus on code maintainability and performance of application
• Provide technical advice and assists in solving programming problems
• Use Server Side Rendering when applicable
• Enhance SEO, Analytics and overall frontend architecture for better performance

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building frontend for consumer facing products
• 2+ years on ReactJS for consumer facing products
• 1+ years of Team Lead/Management experience
• Thorough understanding of architecting the frontend system with Server Side Rendering
• Good foundation in design and a knack for designing interactions and elegant interfaces
• Understands app development cycle
• Experience with NodeJS for Server Side Rendering/coordinating with the backend team for API requirements
• Must come up with caching solutions where required to speed up the website load speed and improve customer experience

Responsibilities

As a Frontend Developer (Next.js) you will be responsible for -

•  Building the Complete UI/UX of our web application from scratch.
• Work closely with the Backend Engineer to integrate the algorithmic output from the backend REST APIs.
• Work closely with the product owners to create dynamic infographics with intuitive user controls.
• Work closely with our web Designer for bringing design to life.
• Participate in UAT, troubleshoot, bugs and application integration issues
• Create and maintain documentation related to the developed processes and applications

Qualification & Experience

• 2-3 years of demonstrable experience designing, building and working as a Next.js Developer for enterprise web application
• Ideally, this would include the following:
• Expert-level proficiency with Next.js and all its concepts
• Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5 & CSS
• Expert-level proficiency with ReactJS and all its concepts like Hooks and Redux
• Familiarity with Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework
• Understanding of REST concepts and interacting with REST APIs
• Deep understanding of a few UI concepts:
• Cross-browser compatibility and implementing the responsive web design
• Familiarity with common JS visualization libraries built using D3, Chart.js, Highcharts, etc.
• Understanding of Next.js coding Standards
• Experience working with UX designers and bringing design to life
• In addition, the ideal candidate would have great problem-solving skills and familiarity with code versioning tools such as Github

• Coding and debugging pure JavaScript, polyglot and multi-lingual applications.
• Working closely with Technical Lead/Project Manager to ensure development timelines are met.
• Contribute with ideas to improve system design or streamline product delivery.
• Working with challenging applications involving Real Time Data.
• Working on different platforms including the usage of the Native SDKs provided on JavaScript.

• Strong experience in developing applications using Javascript and Jquery.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in React.JS is a must.
• Experience in any other Javascript libraries is an added advantage.
• Create different types of Charts and Graphics with the help of HTML5 Canvas, SVG etc.
• Should possess understanding of UI design and its behavior across devices (desktops to smart phones).
• Good to have worked with APIs exposed by social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
• Experience in working with data structures such as XML and JSON.
• Added knowledge of mobile development frameworks like jQuery Mobile is an added advantage.
