Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, and related technologies, with hands-on experience in developing ML models from scratch. You will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to design, implement, and optimize AI solutions that drive innovation and improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models from scratch for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide AI-driven solutions.
• Utilize deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and JAX for model development and experimentation.
• Employ data manipulation and analysis tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels to preprocess and analyze data.
• Apply visualization tools like matplotlib and spacy to present data insights and model performance.
• Demonstrate a general understanding of data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded programming, and distributed computing concepts.
• Leverage knowledge of statistical and algorithmic models along with fundamental mathematical concepts, including linear algebra and probability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Proven experience in developing ML/deep learning models from scratch.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or JAX.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, and visualization tools like matplotlib.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and multi-threaded programming.
• Knowledge of statistical models and fundamental mathematical concepts, including linear algebra and probability.

Responsibilities:

1.     Sales Generation:

·       Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

·       Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

3.     Market Analysis (only for Senior Associate):

·       Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

·       Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.

·       Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product and service enhancements.

4.     Sales Administration:

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer profiles, sales activities, and pipeline management.

·       Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

·       Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven track record of 1-3 years in sales or business development roles for an associate and 4-6 years in sales and business development roles for a senior associate, preferably in a B2B environment.

·       Relevant experience like training Industry, HR consultancy, etc

·       Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

·       Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

·       Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.

We are looking out for a Flutter Developer who will be running and designing product application features across various cross-platform devices. Someone who is passionate about code writing, solving technical errors, and taking up full ownership of app development. Role & Responsibilities

● An in-depth understanding of front-end languages like Flutter is a must, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and NodeJS.

● Experience in the development of Web App and code should be compatible with Android/iOS applications and have deployed them on Google Play/App Store.

● In-depth understanding of databases like PostgreSQL

● You will be writing readable and clear code using Dart that will be extensively documented for future use and upgrades.

● Familiarity using version control tools like Git, Subversion, etc., and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code, etc.

What you’ll do :

As a design leader, you will be working with Product managers, Experience managers and Engineering teams to define strategies and lead the creation of great unparalleled customer experiences

You will be owning & driving the quality of Customer and Business-facing interfaces designed across customer journeys

You will be designing how designers design. Dream, explore, create, and nurture other designers’ skills and processes, identifying areas for improvement through collaborating across functions at company
