Key Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive manual test cases for our e-commerce platform

Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright

Work with AI-based testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage

Identify, document, and track bugs throughout the testing lifecycle

Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues

Review Criteria

• Strong UAT / Functional Test Lead Profiles
• Minimum 7 years of overall testing experience, with at least 3 years of recent UAT experience, primarily in manual testing for large enterprise or government project
• Must have worked on minimum 2 national-level e-Governance, public sector, enterprise, or marketplace projects in a UAT lead or ownership role
• 3+ years of team handling experience, leading 7–8 QA/UAT members, including task assignment, review, mentoring, and delivery ownership
• Must have complete ownership of UAT activities, including UAT planning, execution, acceptance sign-off, defect management, retesting, and regression cycles.
• Must have strong hands-on manual testing experience, with the ability to create test scenarios and test cases from BRDs, user stories, functional documents, and Figma/UI screens.
• Must be able to understand HLD/LLD documents and API specifications and perform manual API testing based on business logic.
• Must have BE/BTech/MTech/MBA (BSc/BCA alone is not acceptable; with Bsc/BCA candidates must have a relevant postgraduate degree MCA/MTech)
• Do not consider candidates with automation-heavy profiles or those lacking strong manual UAT and leadership experience
• Candidate must be based within Delhi NCR (100 km radius)

Preferred

• (Certification): ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent is preferred

What does the role look like?

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and technically-savvy Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE). Should be an excellent individual contributor capable of understanding and driving test execution with minimal help. Who can work towards understanding application performance, functionality, and features to great depth enabling them to report issues, take ownership and drive them to closure.

What will you be doing?
 Develop and execute automated tests and test plans
 Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of the products(API and App)
 Review product user interface for conformity to design guidelines
 Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution
 Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process
 Work with Engineering and product to understand the overall product requirements and technical architecture and how each feature is implemented
 Ensure the highest quality product delivery with security.
 Evaluating and integrate open source and in house developed toolsets

What will you need ?
 Bachelor/Master degree in CS or related field from a reputed college
 Experience in manual testing for Application and APIs
 Experience in automation testing using available framework.
 Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing frameworks and tools
 Demonstrated experience in test planning, test design, test execution and reporting.
 Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical partners.
 Understanding & experience with software design pattern, restful APIs and microservice architecture
 Prior experience in start-ups or health-tech will be a plus

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and analysis. This role involves creating and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. The specific responsibilities and required experience will vary depending on the level (Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, or Lead).   

Responsibilities (Adjust based on the level):

• Test Planning and Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
• Utilize test management tools to organize and track testing activities.
• For Senior/Lead roles: Design test strategies, and provide mentorship to junior testers.
• Defect Management:
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.
• Verify defect fixes and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Requirements Analysis:
• Review and analyze software requirements and specifications to ensure testability.
• Provide feedback on requirements and design documents.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.   
• Communicate testing progress and results effectively.
• For Senior/Lead roles: Lead meetings, and communicate with upper management.
• Automation (For Mid-Level, Senior, and Lead):
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, etc.).
• Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Perform performance and load testing using appropriate tools

• Defining, implementing and executing regression and stress automation tests focused on embedded software and device firmware level
• Analyzing automation test results for failures, identifying issue trends and quantifying impact
• Isolating and reporting defects effectively quantifying customer impact and verifying fixes through regression testing and other test methodologies
• Working cross-functionally with other QA teams, Developers and Project Managers

Desired Candidate Profile

• BE– CS/ECE, MS, ME, MTech
• 2+ years of QA experience, preferably on consumer hardware/ software products
• Automation experience in modern scripting or compiled languages (Python, JavaScript, C etc.)
• Experience with hardware and/ or software development lifecycle processes
• Knowledge of Unix and Unix shell scripting
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Deep understanding of SQA methodologies and practices
• Ability to solve hard problems with creative and sustainable solutions
• Be detail-oriented and strive for the best product for our customers

QA Engineer

Position Overview

• You will be responsible for all testing of an entire project across various platforms
• You will own the development and execution of test plans and test cases for multiple features of an application
• You will develop and maintain testing strategies, including manual and automation testing.
• You will ensure comprehensive test coverage by working closely with the product and engineering teams to prioritize testing execution and report on test execution progress and results.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ year of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Experience in manual testing across android app, mobile web and desktop applications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Expertise in test methodologies and test processes.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and generate test cases from them
• Good in communicating with developers and technical leaders, even if they are remote.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results
• Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
• Should be able to generate test reports and dashboards for management communication.
