Requirements

Strong UAT / Functional Test Lead Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have minimum 7 years of overall testing experience, with at least 3 years of recent UAT experience, primarily in manual testing for large enterprise or government project

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have worked on minimum 2 national-level e-Governance, public sector, enterprise, or marketplace projects in a UAT lead or ownership role

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have 3+ years of team handling experience, leading 7–8 QA/UAT members, including task assignment, review, mentoring, and delivery ownership

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have complete ownership of UAT activities, including UAT planning, execution, acceptance sign-off, defect management, retesting, and regression cycles.

Mandatory (Skills 1): Must have strong hands-on manual testing experience, with the ability to create test scenarios and test cases from BRDs, user stories, functional documents, and Figma/UI screens.

Mandatory (Skills 2): Must be able to understand HLD/LLD documents and API specifications and perform manual API testing based on business logic.

Mandatory (Education): Must have BE/BTech/MTech/MBA (BSc/BCA alone is not acceptable; with Bsc/BCA candidates must have a relevant postgraduate degree MCA/MTech)

As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.  This is a fully remote position, offering a base pay of INR 5k +3k performance bonus based on the number of bugs identified. Additionally, monthly incremental base pay and bonus adjustments will be made based on your outstanding performance.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive testing of Android, iOS, and WebApp applications to identify bugs, defects, and performance issues.

- Utilize your personal iOS device (iPhone/iPad), MacBook, and Android device for testing purposes.

- Create and maintain a bug tracker using tools like Trello or similar platforms, ensuring all identified issues are properly documented.

- Collaborate closely with the development team, providing detailed bug reports and following up on bug fixes.

- Take ownership of the testing process, driving it forward with precision and attention to detail.

- Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not reappear.

- Provide regular updates on the status of testing activities and contribute to the improvement of overall product quality.

Requirements:

- Possession of an iOS device (iPhone/iPad), a MacBook, and an Android device for comprehensive testing across multiple platforms.

- Proven experience in manual testing of Android, iOS, and WebApp applications, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.

- Proficiency in creating and managing bug trackers using tools like Trello or similar platforms.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, document, and communicate bugs and defects effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MS or BS in Computer Science or a related subject.
• At least five (5+) years of web application testing and automation experience.
• Taking complete ownership of product testing efforts.
• Proficiency in Java/ Python or any other Object-Oriented Language.
• Experience of Selenium & WebServices or REST API testing or backend testing
• Ability to design and develop test automation frameworks from scratch
• Experience in CI/ CD setup preferably with Jenkin

• 3-6 years Embedded QA engineering experience
• Expertise in Functional and System Testing
• Experience in communication protocols such as SPI, I2C etc
• Experience in handling the LAB equipments for the embedded devices
• Strong hands-on in embedded product testing
• Knowledge of Audio Testing is an added advantage
