About the Role:

We are growing our Data Science and Data Engineering team and are looking for an

experienced AI Engineer specializing in creating GenAI LLM solutions. This position involves collaborating with clients and their teams, discovering gaps for automation using AI, designing customized AI solutions, and implementing technologies to streamline data entry processes within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

·        Conduct detailed consultations with clients functional teams to understand client requirements, one use case is related to handwritten medical records.

·        Analyze existing data entry workflows and propose automation opportunities.

Design:

·        Design tailored AI-driven solutions for the extraction and digitization of information from handwritten medical records.

·        Collaborate with clients to define project scopes and objectives.

Technology Selection:

·        Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, focusing on NLP, LLM and machine learning.

·        Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

Prototyping and Testing:

·        Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.

·        Conduct rigorous testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Implementation and Integration:

·        Work closely with clients and IT teams to integrate AI solutions effectively.

·        Provide technical support during the implementation phase.

Training and Documentation:

·        Develop training materials for end-users and support staff.

·        Create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

·        Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed solutions.

·        Identify opportunities for further automation and improvement.

Qualifications:

·        Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (Masters or PhD required).

·        Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions for data entry automation.

·        Expertise in NLP, LLM and other machine-learning techniques.

·        Strong programming skills, especially in Python.

·        Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Additional Qualifications( great to have):

An ideal candidate will have expertise in the most current LLM/NLP models, particularly in the extraction of data from clinical reports, lab reports, and radiology reports. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of EMR/EHR applications and patient-related data.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team in Chennai. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

1.     Sales Generation:

·       Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

·       Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

·       Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

·       Follow up with leads and coordinate the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.

·       Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.

·       Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product and service enhancements.

4.     Sales Administration:

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer profiles, sales activities, and pipeline management.

·       Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

·       Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven track record of 1-3 years in sales or business development roles for an associate and 4-6 years in sales and business development roles for a senior associate, preferably in a B2B environment.

·       Relevant experience like training Industry, HR consultancy, etc

·       Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

·       Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

We are looking for a DataOps Engineer with expertise while operating a data lake. Amazon S3, Amazon EMR, and Apache Airflow for workflow management are used to build the data lake.

You have experience of building and running data lake platforms on AWS. You have exposure to operating PySpark-based ETL Jobs in Apache Airflow and Amazon EMR. Expertise in monitoring services like Amazon CloudWatch.

What you will do?

• Operate the current data lake deployed on AWS with Amazon S3, Amazon EMR, and Apache Airflow
• Debug and fix production issues in PySpark.
• Determine the RCA (Root cause analysis) for production issues.
• Collaborate with product teams for L3/L4 production issues in PySpark.
• Contribute to enhancing the ETL efficiency
• Build CloudWatch dashboards for optimizing the operational efficiencies
• Handle escalation tickets from L1 Monitoring engineers
• Assign the tickets to L1 engineers based on their expertise

What are we looking for?

• AWS data Ops engineer.
• Overall 5+ years of exp in the software industry Exp in developing architecture data applications using python or scala, Airflow, and Kafka on AWS Data platform Experience and expertise.
• Must have set up or led the project to enable Data Ops on AWS or any other cloud data platform.
• Strong data engineering experience on Cloud platform, preferably AWS.
• Experience with data pipelines designed for reuse and use parameterization.
• Experience of pipelines was designed to solve common ETL problems.
• Understanding or experience on various AWS services can be codified for enabling DataOps like Amazon EMR, Apache Airflow.
• Experience in building data pipelines using CI/CD infrastructure.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as code for DataOps ennoblement.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and create quick PoCs.

You will be preferred if

• Expertise in Amazon EMR, Apache Airflow, Terraform, CloudWatch
• Exposure to MLOps using Amazon Sagemaker is a plus.

 Mandatory:

• 6-8 years of total IT experience delivering enterprise-scale applications or product implementations
• 1-3 years of experience working as a technical lead.

• Language & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Any ORM ( Mandatory)

Preferred:

• Working experience in TCS Bancs or Integration with TCS Bancs
• Database: SQL Server
• Working experience in managing projects in Java Stack.
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft stack, Static Code analyzers, Overall SDLC Lifecycle, Design & Architecture

Candidate should be ok for On shore travel (Singapore Travel) coming in next 3 months (for at least 1 month as when required)

- Must have 6+ years of overall technology experience.

- Must have 2 years of experience managing Blockchain Projects or having hands on experience with development and management.

- Excellent client and tech team handling skills. Ideally, have great balance with aggression and smartness.
