JOB PURPOSE

• Develop .NET Core applications using React JS reusable components as per need / client specifications
• This is a hands-on role which involves writing code, testing, and deploying finished web applications and libraries

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY

• Design, rapid prototype, and implement a scalable, reliable and maintainable node based web application
• Enforce code quality through test driven development
• Enhance, refactor, and continuously improve the existing codebase
• Collaborate closely with team to define product requirements
• Aggressively collect, analyse, and act on data about product performance
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people
• Proactive in keeping your skills updated

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Excellent working knowledge of .NET Core, React JS, JavaScript.
• 4-6 year's overall .NET development experience (At least 2 years of experience in React JS)
• Experience in working with databases - SQL and Non-SQL Databases
• Experience in any visualization JS libraries like D3 JS / Charts JS / Sync Fusion / Fusion Charts will be an added advantage.

EDUCATION

• Minimum education: Any Graduate BE / B.Tech would be desirable

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Design, architect, and drive implementation of entire products and key engineering features

● Plan and track the development and release schedules, and provide visible leadership in crisis

● Establish and follow best practices, including coding standards and technical task management

● Involve in the end-to-end architecture design and implementation

● Deal with a dynamic project or feature with changing requirements

● Recruit, motivate and develop a superior team, establish a clear definition of functional excellence and create a culture based on those practices

Experience and Skills you MUST have:

● Web application development and micro-services architecture using JavaScript, Python, and JavaScript libraries and ReactJs and other web technologies - HTML, CSS, and JS

● Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL Database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis

● End to end deployment and DevOps using - Kubernetes, Docker, GCP Stack

● Knowledge of Jenkins, Prometheus, New Relic, and other tools

● Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests

● Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflict

Work with Executives to identify Client needs

- - Interaction with Sales Team to engage in pre-sales and post-sales activities

- Must be excellent in verbal and written communication

- Must be detail oriented in work and focused on results

- Ensure to take appropriate steps to resolve customer's problems

- Audit work orders for accuracy and make corrections if required

Our company is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer Lead to create captivating and brand-aligned graphics across various media. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software. The candidate should have a deep understanding of current design trends, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with copywriters and the creative director to develop, create, and implement visual designs for our digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and original design concepts and ideas that align with the company's brand and message, using different styles, techniques, and mediums.

• Design and create original artwork for digital products such as web pages, social media platforms, emailers, notifications, and other digital media.

• Ensure that all graphics, illustrations, and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to conceptualize and create graphics and illustrations to use in our digital products.

• Communicate and present conceptual ideas and design solutions effectively to the team and stakeholders.

• Follow the product design and illustration guidelines, as well as extend the existing design and illustration styles.

• Manage the development, delivery, and publishing of graphics across all digital platforms, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software.

• Experience or knowledge of a wide spectrum of marketing channels - Facebook & Instagram ads and engagement posts, emailers, notifications, etc.

• Exceptional creativity, innovation, and a deep understanding of the latest design trends.

• Ability to identify and define visual design issues and solutions.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

• Ability to create cartoony and stylized styles for social media platforms and marketing purposes.

• You have at least 2 year professional experience building web applications and APIs using a modern programming language and framework. We use Laravel, Django and .NET, experience with any of these is a plus.
• You have strong and up-to-date knowledge of class-based programming.
• You have at least 1 year professional experience building single page applications using React, Vue.js or Angular.
• You have strong and up-to-date knowledge of Javascript ES6 and higher.
• You can make a solid relational data model and have a deep knowledge of SQL.
• You have a good understanding of HTTP and know how to make a reliable and modern web API (REST).
• You have worked on at least one large complex web application.
• You know how to write clean and flexible object-oriented code.
• You have a good understanding of async programming concepts.
• You work daily with tools like Git, NPM, Composer and a proper IDE (IntelliJ).
• You can deliver POCs, experiments and technology evaluations following design thinking practices.
• You write clean code and are a pragmatic programmer.

 Extra points 

• You have in-depth knowledge of Laravel/Django/.NET and its ecosystem.
• You have in-depth knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem.
• You wish Typescript was the default language of the web.
• You have experience with state management libraries like MobX and Redux and know how to architect large maintainable single page applications.
• You write automated tests and perform automated end-to-end testing.
• You have Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, CodeShip, Bitbucket Pipelines), Docker and automating cloud deployments.
• You have knowledge of non-relational databases like MongoDB, Memcached, Redis and search engines like Elasticsearch and can explain their advantages and disadvantages.
• You have experience working on high load applications and multi-server architectures.
• You have experience with Scrum and Lean methodology.
