Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

Lead interactive sessions on strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills. Provide one-on-one coaching to help learners strengthen specific skills like strategic thinking, communication & leadership skills.

2. Research & Collaborate

Tailor training content to fit individual learner needs and goals. Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve our programs.

3. Assessment & Feedback

Track learner progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback. Report on performance and suggest further training if needed.

4. Support & Guidance

Act as a mentor, providing support and encouragement to learners. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters positive learning experiences.

5. Professional Development

Keep up with the latest trends in soft skills training and development techniques. Share knowledge and best practices with the Kapable team.

Requirements

Required Skills

1. 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
2. Expertise in Model driven apps, Business process flows, Cloud flows, Canvas Apps, Power Automate.
3. Expertise in User permissions configuration.
4. Bachelors in computer science or related field.
5. IT experience with n-tier, database, and client server design/development
6. Architecting and designing business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
7. Expertise on various integration technologies like REST, Service Bus, HTTP, SOAP.
8. Ability to execute development of Re-usable Assets, Code Reviews, and IT Governance for Power Practice

Desired Skills

1. Well versed with SDLC, Agile, CD&CI methodologies.
2. Knowledge and expertise on Plugins
3. Hands-on Java experience is an asset.
4. Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.
5. Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
6. Well experienced with design application and Infrastructure using various Application Servers, Databases, Security Managers etc.
7. Knowledge and expertise on recent trends like Cloud, AI/ML, Microservices etc.

We are seeking a highly experienced Operation Head to lead and oversee all business operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, coordination, team management, and ensuring seamless functioning across departments including Administration, Accounts, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination among departments.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, systems, and policies to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Accounts and Admin teams to ensure timely reporting and compliance.
• Ensure alignment between operations, finance, and management objectives.
• Prepare periodic performance and financial reports for management review.
• Handle vendor management, budgeting, and cost control measures.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Management, or a similar field.
• 2–6 years of experience in handling operations or team management.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of accounts, admin, and planning work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and Automation: Utilize Gradle for building and automating software projects. Ensure efficient and reliable build processes.
• Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts using Python and Shell scripting to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
• CI/CD Tools: Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Harness, Github Actions, Jenkins, and other relevant technologies. Ensure seamless integration and delivery of code changes.
• Cloud Platforms: Demonstrate proficiency in working with cloud platforms including OpenShift, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Deploy, manage, and monitor applications in cloud environments.
