Technical Support Executive

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide on-site and remote support to clients. The role involves handling hardware, networking, and server-related issues, along with assisting clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support through calls, email, and chat
• Visit client locations in Mumbai and outstation when required for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, networking devices, servers, and GPU systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain proper documentation of client queries and resolutions
• Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technical solutions
• Ensure timely responses and maintain professional communication with clients at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, servers, and GPU systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Willingness to travel for client support
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently

Other details 

Office: Bhayander, Mumbai

Client Visits: Mumbai and outstation as required

Experience: 6 month – 1year experience

CTC : 10000 to 20000 per month depend on the interview

Fresher: for a fresher, we offer a 6-month internship, and after that, based on performance, full time opportunity 

Stipend - 5000 per month

Responsibilities & Duties:

Track and evaluate individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs.

Provide ongoing coaching and development to the team to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

Create and implement sales strategies to achieve these goals.

Establish clear sales goals and objectives for the team.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Provide feedback from the sales team to other departments to improve products, services, and processes

Maintain relations with the existing clients and ask to upgrade their packages or renewals

Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made to clients.

Will be responsible for client retention, per-client revenue optimization & renewals.

Should have effective sales & negotiation ability.

Interacting with vendors for product upload in their respective Domains.

Improve Customer perception and product-wise market share, a good understanding of the technical and market feasibility of the product.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 Months in Online and Concept Sales

Skills: Proficient Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English

Qualifications: Any Graduate

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including typing, filing, and scheduling meetings
• Assist with vendor management tasks, such as maintaining vendor records, processing orders, and resolving vendor inquiries
• Perform basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent or higher; additional education or certification in office administration or accounting is a plus
• Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Provides candidate logistics support during hiring process, including coordination of candidate interviews and screening
• Screens candidates, including review of application and resume along with conducting assessments and interviews in partnership with Hiring Manager
• Serves as a point of escalation for inquiries and redirects the resolution of complex or unusual talent acquisition inquiries to the Talent Acquisition COE
• Provides inputs on recruiting operations and execution improvements to Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition COE

• Should have a good understand of IT skillsets
• Should have worked on mandates across various technical requirements
• Should have hands on experience in using job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Cutshort
• Should be willing to work in a recruitment consultancy
• Should be willing to work in a target driven environment.
