Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Manager / Lead – Data Engineering & ETL Operations to drive enterprise-scale data integration and analytics solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in ETL, cloud platforms, and data warehousing, along with the ability to lead teams, manage delivery, and solve complex data problems.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for professionals transitioning from Senior Engineer to Manager.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead ETL development, operations, and production support
• Design and manage cloud-based data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Build and optimize data warehouse solutions using Snowflake / Redshift
• Implement dimensional models including SCD Type 1/2/3
• Develop and orchestrate pipelines using SSIS, Matillion, SnapLogic, PySpark
• Ensure data quality, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Support downstream analytics and reporting (Tableau / Power BI)
• Lead small-to-medium teams, perform code reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Work closely with business and analytics stakeholders
• Drive root-cause analysis and problem resolution for data issues

• Strong Data Engineering (ETL + Cloud) Leadership Profile
• Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering / ETL with at least 3+ years in pharma/life sciences domain
• Mandatory (Skill 1) : Must have strong expertise in ETL tools (SSIS / Matillion / SnapLogic) and pipeline development
• Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our DevOps practices, manage a small team, and build functional, scalable systems that enhance customer experience. You will be responsible for deployments, automation, troubleshooting, integrations, monitoring, and team mentoring while ensuring secure and efficient operations.

Mandatory Skills :

Linux Administration, Shell Scripting, CI/CD (Jenkins), Git/GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Ansible, Database Administration (MariaDB/MySQL/MongoDB), Apache httpd/Tomcat, HAProxy, Nagios, Keepalived, Monitoring/Logging/Alerting, and On-premise Server Management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and manage integrations as per business and customer needs.
• Deploy product updates, fixes, and enhancements.
• Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve production issues.

Required Skills:

· Experience in implementing Object-Oriented Python, Django.

• The PPC / Paid Search Analyst is responsible for administering and managing Pay per Click media strategies for clients. She/he should be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.
• Perform daily account management on Google AdWords, Facebook, Bing and other search platforms.
• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, Account daily and monthly budget caps, impression shares, quality score and other important account metrics.
• Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
• Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
