Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA to join our team

in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who are eager to build a

career in software quality assurance and gain hands-on experience in testing software applications

while working closely with experienced QA and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.

• Identify, log, and track defects under the guidance of senior QA team members.

• Support in preparing and maintaining test cases, test data, and test reports.

• Participate in requirement analysis and review sessions to understand application workflows.

• Learn and follow QA processes, standards, and best practices.

• Support regression testing and basic automation activities as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience or relevant academic/project exposure in software testing.

• Basic understanding of manual testing concepts and SDLC.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Knowledge of testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, or TestRail is an added advantage.

The QA specialist is responsible for daily product testing, ensuring high-quality standards, and reporting issues directly to the Team Leader.

Job Description:

• Works with team to drive improvements in code quality via manual testing
• Works to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed corporate quality goals
• Delivers on capabilities for the product suite automation strategy
• Develops manual and automated test cases and configurations needed to meet testing of business requirements
• Executes test cases/scripts to ensure delivery of quality software applications, including Systems Integration, Regression, and Performance Testing 
• Generates test data to support the requirements and test case for various test phases
• Building and maintenance of quality standards as well as enforcing technical and testing standards

• Monitors and tracks resolution of defects and takes part in daily standup

Qualification and Experience Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical disciplines, or equivalent work experience required
• 3+ years of experience in Technology, with an emphasis on QA, and proven ability in writing test cases, running functional or performance tests, and managing defects
• Solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing
• Must have proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate, verify, communicate & report software application issues
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC and STLC

This person MUST have: 

- BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent. 

- Experience testing IOT devices managed by cloud.

- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts; schedule and execute test cycles; contribute to testability & quality of software. 

- Reports all defects accurately; facilitate problem tracking and successful resolution; assess and communicate various risks involved and provide necessary assistance to engineers and stakeholders. 

- Basic knowledge of automation know-how [ API automation, Python] - Test to fail mindset, Solid test strategy experience, well versed with QA processes. - Hands on experience on Performance test angle.

Timings:

- 40 hours a week (9 PM IST to 2 AM IST(10 hours in your suitable time) , Monday to Saturday).

• Responsible for creating and executing tests to verify that software runs properly and without defects on each platform requested and to handle test procedures efficiently to result in extreme product stability, product usability and performance.
• Responsible for creating test plans and test cases.
• Understanding how a feature is implemented to develop test cases for the functionality, performance, stress, and fault conditions.
• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing project documentation to ensure product testability.
• Responsible for providing detailed testing status.

Skills  Required: 

• Should have experience in creating Test Plans, Test scripts, Test cases.
•  Knowledge in Selenium web drivers is mandatory. They should be able to write the scripts and run them in Selenium.
