# Requirements -

 

- 1-3 years of experience testing

- Good with testing concepts, understands test life cycle

- Good bug reporting and communication skills

- Understands release process and past experience of release process

- Understanding the business criticality & being Flexible

- Sound knowledge on Compatibility testing

- Hands on experience on both Web and Mobile platforms

- Knowledge and experience on debugging tools (Adb, Xcode, Jmeter, etc.)

• Prior experience in quality assurance role
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience in test cases design / development, execution and defect reporting

Job description:  

• Review and analyse system specifications
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases manual and analyse results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
• Development of flow documents of individual modules for Documentation and QA purposes
• The tracking of tasks will be managed via the tool JIRA and the report generated from the tool will substantiate the invoice. Invoice to be produced weekly

 

Responsibilities

1. Development and Test Automation experience through Test Driven Development (TDD)
2. Establishing and executing Automated testing strategy for mobile apps with Tools like Perfecto Mobile/Appium or Web Driver/Selenium, TestNG and continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Git, Stampede etc.
3. Sound knowledge in JAVA is must have
4. Experience in Mobile AppDev and Test management tool (JIRA, qTest) and
5. Monitoring/Troubleshooting Tools Splunk, DynaTrace, SOAP UI 

Education skills and experience

1.  2+ of experience in producing test plans and creating test UI scripts/cases
2. Good experience of the management of all or part of the Mobile AppDev and UI Test execution phase in projects
3. Work in Agile methodology with TDD
4. Experience in API and Database Automated Testing
5.  Hands on experience of iOS (Objective C/Swift) and Android (Kotlin) technologies
6. Hands on experience in developing test artifacts and processes. Should have done test reporting with good clarity and no ambiguity
7. Experienced working in an onshore/offshore environment with flexible and adaptable working style to work with aggressive project schedules
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
9. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
