- Maintain accurate records in eCommerce systems including order logs, customer communications, and inventory data.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce, customer service, or order management—experience in a technical/scientific industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with lab equipment and scientific terminology is advantageous.
- Proficient in eCommerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or proprietary platforms).
- Strong knowledge of digital content management tools and best practices.
- Experience with dropshipping and third-party vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce.
