Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, and other testing tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers and quality assurance engineers to identify test cases and prioritize them for automation.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and enhance the automation framework to ensure that it meets project needs and remains efficient and effective over time.
- Develop and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability.
- Create and maintain test data and test environments to support automated testing.
- Provide feedback to development teams on software quality and testability.
- Create and maintain documentation for automated testing processes and procedures.
- Create custom automation frameworks to meet the specific needs of the project.
- Design and develop custom libraries and APIs to support automation testing.
- Integrate third-party tools and frameworks as needed to support automation testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IT Services and 3+ years in automation testing.
- Expertise in the programming language Java.
- Should have strong experience in Selenium & Cucumber framework.
- Should have a good amount of experience working with Mobile Application testing using Appium
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments
