We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Travel Team. Our ideal candidate is a practitioner who can untangle complex B2B workflows and bring them to life with high-quality execution.
In this role, you will take ownership of key areas within our Enterprise platform, moving from early-stage discovery and logic mapping to high-fidelity UI and rigorous developer handoff. We need a designer who is equally comfortable defining the "how it works" as they are the "how it looks."
What you’ll do
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design process for specific Enterprise workstreams, including our ai workstream —from initial concept and user flows to final UI polish and developer-ready documentation.
- Simplify Complex Systems: Translate intricate business requirements and dense data into clear, intuitive B2B interfaces. You’ll turn "information overload" into a streamlined user experience.
- Systems Thinking: Contribute to and evolve our design system. You’ll ensure that enterprise-grade features remain consistent, accessible, and scalable across web and mobile.
- Influence through Narrative: Present complex concepts in an easily digestible narrative to influence partners and stakeholders. You don't just show screens; you tell the story of the user’s journey.
- Bridge the Gap to Engineering: Collaborate daily with developers to ensure your designs are implemented as intended. You care about the details of the final product as much as the initial prototype.
- Data-Informed Advocacy: Use research and product analytics to validate your design decisions, working closely with our UXR and Content partners to build a well-rounded vision.
- Global Collaboration: Work as part of a global team spanning Berlin, India, and San Francisco. You’ll facilitate design rituals and syncs that bridge time zones and cultures.
What we’re looking for
- 4-6 years of Product Design experience: Specifically within B2B, SaaS, or complex technical systems. You should be comfortable with deep hierarchies and power-user workflows.
- Full-Stack proficiency: A portfolio that demonstrates strength in both UX Architecture (logic, edge cases, user flows) and UI Design (layout, hierarchy, and interaction).
- Figma expertise: Proficiency in Figma is required; you use auto-layout and components to build organized, scalable files.
- Shipped B2B Work: A proven track record of shipping impactful work in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
- Technical fluency: You understand the constraints of web and mobile. You speak the language of developers and know how to negotiate a design without sacrificing the user experience.
- An Iterative mindset: You believe that "done is better than perfect" but "perfecting" is what happens in the next sprint. You thrive on fast feedback cycles.
- Strong communication: You can explain the "why" behind a design decision just as easily as you can discuss high-level product strategy.
- A Remote collaboration mindset: Excellent asynchronous communication skills. You thrive in a global environment where documentation, Slack, and proactive updates are key to team success.
Bonus points:
- An added background in travel–or a deep interest in travel–is a significant plus!
- Experience designing an AI solution
- Motion design

Design Engineer
We are hiring Design Engineers to own the interface layer of our products end to end.
You should be comfortable moving from rough ideas to shipped experiences. Sometimes that means working in Figma. Sometimes it means designing directly in code. We care less about the tool and more about clarity, speed, taste, and judgment.
You will work across SaaS products, AI workflows, and internal platform tooling. Everything the user sees and touches is yours.
We value people who can operate from principles instead of waiting for detailed specifications. We are looking for builders who think deeply about product, user experience, systems, and execution together.
What you will do
- Own features at the interface layer from idea to shipped product
- Design in Figma when it helps, design in code when it is faster
- Build interfaces and interactions that make it to production
- Contribute to and extend our cross-product design system
- Think through edge cases, empty states, onboarding flows, motion, responsiveness, and usability
- Work closely with engineers to ensure interactions feel intentional and performant
- Improve product quality through iteration, not just mockups
What you need
Experience
- 3-5 years building user-facing software across design, frontend, or product-oriented roles. Strong portfolios matter more than years.
- A portfolio with shipped work you can walk us through. Live products matter more than polished mockups.
- Experience working inside product companies preferred over pure agency environments.
Design
- Strong product and interaction design fundamentals
- Fluent in Figma: components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and design systems
- Good taste in typography, layout, spacing, color, and motion
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces
Technical capability
- Comfortable working in modern frontend codebases
- Able to prototype and build interfaces directly in code
- Familiar with responsive design, animations, accessibility, and frontend performance basics
- Comfortable reading code, debugging issues, and collaborating closely with engineers
AI-native workflow
- Uses AI tools fluently to explore, prototype, and accelerate implementation
- Treats AI as part of the workflow, not a separate discipline
- We care more about velocity and judgment than which tools you use
Communication
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Able to explain decisions, defend tradeoffs, and change direction when needed
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping ideas collaboratively
What success looks like
- Faster iteration from idea to shipped product
- Less handoff overhead between design and engineering
- Interfaces that feel thoughtful, fast, and polished
- Better product consistency across surfaces
- Ability to move from concept to working prototype in days, not weeks
What we are not looking for
- Designers who only hand off mockups
- People who need every interaction fully specified before they can start building
- Pure visual designers disconnected from product and implementation realities
If “Design Engineer” is a new title to you, but this is already how you work, apply.
