Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound customer interactions. Your role will focus on resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and GDS systems. You will act as a key point of contact between the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies for medical services provided

- Initiate timely and effective communication with insurance companies to expedite claim processing and resolve payment discrepancies.

- Identify and resolve billing issues, including claim denials, rejections, and underpayments, through thorough investigation and follow-up.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and actions taken regarding accounts receivable.
