QA Engineer

Job Description:

• This is BPO Night shift job (US Voice process) in Nagercoil.

• This is purely night shift with fix saturday sunday off .

• This is not sales or tele marketing, it is to help the US citizens .

• It is work from office only. with salary range 15000 to 25000 per month along with unlimited incentives based on leads that you generate.(per lead you get Rs 500)

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to international customers.

• This is US Government project that you will be working on where you get the details of customers and complete the further process.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.

• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure positive feedback.

Requirements:

• Freshers and Experienced both can apply.

• Excellent communication skills / Fluency in English.

• Ensure Timely& Professional Responses to all queries.

• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.

• Night shift only.(7.30 PM to 4.30 AM.)

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field.
Experience with Java, Spring, and Restful API's.
Experience with Database development (MySQL, Postgres, etc).

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js).
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design.
Experience with AWS or other cloud environments

• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.

• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

• Participate and brainstorm with the team about the ideas of creative designing for social media and all types of Ad formats adhering to company standards

• Demonstrate solid conceptual, visualization, and communication skills during all phases of creative development from enquiry to delivery.

• Create videos for our ventures using any video editing tools.

• Conceptualize, create & design images across digital media on our ventures with readymade live images.

• Design brochures for upcoming projects as and when required.

• Create printable format ads for any outdoor advertising of our projects when required.

• Able to design creatives in a unique, trendy and impressive way.

• Expertise in Database Administration on Production Servers with server configuration, performance tuning, and maintenance with outstanding troubleshooting capabilities in Cloud – AWS / Azure.
• Efficient in Architecting, Configuring, Maintaining, Monitoring, Troubleshooting SQL Servers.
• Strong understanding of SQL database structures, principles, and practice
• Strong experience handling Backups, Restores, Corruption, and Disaster Recovery scenarios.
• Experience in installing and configuring SQL Server databases of different versions.
• Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization, backups, restores, recovery models. Writing & optimizing SQL statements, partitioning, clustering, HA, DR. Experience in DMV & DDL queries.
• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real-time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Skilled in working with large volumes of data and loading data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices.
• Knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics.
• Skilled in deploying database change scripts
• Scheduling database backups, taking full and Transaction log backups.
• Automate SQL server tasks (SQL jobs, Windows scripts, etc.)
• Exposure to MySQL will be an added advantage.
