About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead to drive architecture, scalability, and end-to-end product engineering for a fast-growing technology platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python/Django-based backend systems, scalable cloud infrastructure, and modern frontend/mobile technologies.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can mentor engineers, make architectural decisions, ensure production stability, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Senior SRE Developer 

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) position is a software development-oriented role, focusing heavily on coding, automation, and ensuring the stability and reliability of our global platform. The ideal candidate will primarily be a skilled software developer capable of participating in on-call rotations. The SRE team develops sophisticated telemetry and automation tools, proactively monitoring platform health and executing automated corrective actions. As guardians of the production environment, the SRE team leverages advanced telemetry to anticipate and mitigate issues, ensuring continuous platform stability.

Responsibilities:

• ● Develop and maintain advanced telemetry and automation tools for monitoring and managing global platform health.
• ● Actively participate in on-call rotations, swiftly diagnosing and resolving system issues and escalations from the customer support team (this is not a customer-facing role).
• ● Implement automated solutions for incident response, system optimization, and reliability improvement.

Requirements: Software Development:

Quality Control & Assurance: - Implement and monitor quality standards for raw rice, semi-processed, and finished rice. - Conduct quality checks for grain length, moisture, purity, color, foreign matter, broken %, and aroma. - Oversee grading, sorting, polishing, and packing operations to maintain product consistency. - Approve final batches before dispatch according to contract specifications and market requirement

 7–10 years’ experience in rice mill operations or rice export industry. • Experience with color sorters (e.g., Satake, Buhler), polishers, and graders preferred. • Performance KPIs • Batch rejection rate • Customer complaint rate • Yield efficiency and grain breakage rate • Consistency in final product quality 

 Strong knowledge of Basmati / Non-Basmati rice grades and processing standards. • Understanding of milling parameters, moisture control, and storage practices. • Ability to identify defects and troubleshoot production issues. • Good communication and team management skills.
