What are we looking for in a candidate?

●      Proven experience of 1-2 years in HR role, specifically in IT industry.

●      Good knowledge of HR processes and practices.

●      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●      Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

●      Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.

●      Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

●      Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

●      Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

What will a candidate be doing with us?

●      Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

●      Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and maintaining employee records.

●      Manage employee documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

●      Handle employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and employment terms.

●      Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.

●      Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as performance management, employee training, and HRIS implementation.

●      Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required for HR analytics and decision-making.

●      Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.

What are we looking for in a candidate ?

• Experience of 5 to 8 years is required. 
• Strong command of MVC frameworks such as Laravel. 
• Complete understanding of the fully synchronous behavior of PHP & Laravel. 
• Complete understanding of MVC design patterns. 
• Adequate understanding of front-end technologies, such as jQuery, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS. 
• Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming. 
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance. 
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. 
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds. 
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. 
• Proficient understanding of Pipelining and CI/CD. 

What will a candidate be doing with us ?

• As a Tech Lead, Main responsibilities will revolve around the top-notch development and managing and maintaining the code base with latest tech and code trends
• Bringing the best out of the fellow team members and working as a mentor to them by setting certain acceptable standards
• Security of our code and server is a top priority for us. Adequate knowledge of handling AWS servers with different security aspects is a must. 
• Design and develop server-side logic using Laravel. 
• Define and maintain the database. 
• Create reusable, effective, and scalable code. 
• Collaborate with a team of developers and UX designers to create a LARAVEL based web application. 
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications. 
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools. 
• Utilize back-end data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API. 
• Implement security and data protection measures. 
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues. 
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components. 
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development. 
• Develop components of the database such as cursor, queries, and Stored Procedure. 
• Coordinates with co-developers and keeps project managers well informed of the status of development effort and serves as a liaison between development staff and project manager.
