Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy SailPoint IIQ/IDN implementation(s).

• Contribute to requirements gathering, technical design & test case preparation activities.

• Develop code and perform unit testing in line with the requirements and design, for client-specific

use cases.

• Perform integration testing, debugging and troubleshooting issues, including interactions with the

technology vendor when needed.

• Assist client(s) with execution of user acceptance testing.

• Support client(s) with readiness for deployment and actual deployment, followed by hypercare

post-production.

• Enable knowledge transfer and handover to the client.

• Adhere to and implement security best practices throughout the lifecycle of an engagement.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master degree in related field (CS/IT) or equivalent work experience.

Job Qualifications:

• Good understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in implementing Identity and Access Management solutions

using SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow is a must.

• IdentityIQ Engineer, IdentityIQ Architect, or IdentityNow Engineer certification(s) are good to

have.

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.

• Implementation experience with SailPoint IIQ 7.2 and above versions or IdentityNow on features:

- On-boarding of new applications using native connectors and custom API

- Rules - Connector, Aggregation & Provisioning Rules

- User Lifecycle requests and Lifecycle events

- Custom Tasks and Reports

- Roles, SoD Policies & Certifications

• Good Java programming skills; Java certification is an added advantage.

About the Role

The Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) is a core member of the development

team, participating across the full development lifecycle. This role translates business and functional

requirements into deliverables, designs and maintains test automation frameworks, and ensures

automated tests are integrated into the continuous delivery pipeline. The Sr. SDET develops high-

quality, maintainable, and performant test code, consults on test automation strategy, and serves as

a leader and coach across teams to influence quality practices and standards

What You’ll Do

 Design, develop, and maintain automation systems and tools to be used by development

and test engineers.

 Analyze code coverage using industry-standard tools (e.g., SonarQube).

 Oversee integration of automated tests into the Continuous Delivery pipeline.

 Design and author test cases for unit, functional, performance, scalability, and durability

testing.

 Manage and groom automated and manual test suites for balanced coverage and fast

feedback cycles.

 Work with IT partner teams to provide, create, or modify test data through repeatable,

automated processes.

 Provide internal training on testing skills and tools; contribute to the Test Community of

Practice to evolve testing practices and standards.

 Lead defect management and interface with external teams on test strategy and execution.
