Job description:

Must have basic knowledge of Software Technologies like PHP, JavaScript, etc.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

1. Set project timeline

2. Monitor project deliverables

3. Monitor project baseline to ensure activities progressing as planned

4. Monitor project burndown charts

5. Monitor employee's performance with KPI's

6. Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

7. Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

• Should be atleast having 10 + years of exp with scaled startups / high growth startups
• Preferably have done 0-1 or 1-10 (build things from scratch in HR & have scaled it )

  Experience and Qualifications

  • Overall 12+ years experience in HR post MBA from a reputed B-School.
  • Having worked in an online/ digital start up ecosystem is a must.
  • Experience working as a HR Business Partner, HR Operations, HR Generalist, TA etc.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing a team and diverse stakeholders.

PHP Developer:

Responsibilities:

• Gathering & Understanding customer requirements.
• Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements.
• Write clean, well structured code with proper abstraction and reusability.
• Work independently and deliver projects under tight deadlines.

Identify new business opportunities through research and analysis of market trends and customer

We are looking for a Software Engineer who will develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications for Shiprocket Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team.
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Develop backend data services and contribute to increase existing APIs
• Ability to act individually in a complex and fast paced environment
• Closely work with the Product and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Participate in solution designing with Tech leads and Systems Architects
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Coordinate with co-developers and keep project manager well informed of the status of development efforts
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience
• A confident, self-starter, team player with drive, enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage yourself and be a self-starter.

• Great people skills to closely work with other teams.
• Strong in establishing systems & processes
• Expertise in Laravel, MySQL and Git
• Thorough in Object oriented concepts
• Knowledge of restful Web services
• Understanding of web applications
• Working knowledge of one or more caching, queuing systems in desirable
• Familiarity with AngularJs or React is a big plus
