We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who can think of automation at every step of software development. This includes hands-on experience and knowledge of the following -

• 4+ years of professional DevOps experience
• Hands-on expert development skills in Python/Java is a must
• Experience with Infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
• Hands on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) or other container orchestration tools
• Containerization technologies and tools such as Docker
• Understanding of Cloud computing providers such as AWS, GCP, etc. and their services
• Configuring and spinning up applications and microservices on K8s clusters
• Good academics
• Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, and mobile applications.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS).
• Configure and maintain Docker containers and/or Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / CloudFormation.
• Automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Manage code repositories using Git/GitHub/GitLab, enforce branching strategies.
• Implement monitoring and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, Splunk.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment and development workflows.
• Optimize infrastructure costs and improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Docker, containers, and orchestrators (ECS, EKS, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of Networking, VPC, DNS, Load Balancers, Security Groups.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools: CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation (IaC).
• Good understanding of Node.js or similar application deployments.
• Knowledge of NGINX/Apache and load balancing concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred/Good to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS).
• Experience with Serverless architectures (Lambda).
• Experience with Redis, MongoDB, RDS.
• Certification in AWS Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with security best practices, IAM policies, and DevSecOps.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver automation software to build and improve platform functionality
• Ensure reliability, availability, and manageability of applications and cloud platforms
• Champion adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Design and build self-service, self-healing, monitoring, and alerting platforms
• Automate development and testing workflows through CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Docker containers)
• Build and manage container hosting platforms using Kubernetes

Requirements

• Strong experience deploying and maintaining GCP cloud infrastructure
• Well-versed in service-oriented and cloud-based architecture design patterns
• Knowledge of cloud services including compute, storage, networking, messaging, and automation tools (e.g., CloudFormation/Terraform equivalents)
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, Cassandra)
• Hands-on experience with automation/configuration tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Terraform)

Additional Skills

• Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
• Programming/scripting exposure (Bash, Python, Core Java, or Scala)
• CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.)

**THIS IS A 100% WORK FROM OFFICE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer that will help our team establish DevOps practice. You will work closely with the technical lead to identify and establish DevOps practices in the company.
You will help us build scalable, efficient cloud infrastructure. You’ll implement monitoring for automated system health checks. Lastly, you’ll build our CI pipeline, and train and guide the team in DevOps practices.

Essential Skills and Experience Technical Skills

• Proven 3+years of experience as DevOps
• A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in computer science
• The ability to code and script in multiple languages and automation frameworks
like Python, C#, Java, Perl, Ruby, SQL Server, NoSQL, and MySQL
• An understanding of the best security practices and automating security testing and
updating in the CI/CD (continuous integration, continuous deployment) pipelines
• An ability to conveniently deploy monitoring and logging infrastructure using tools.
• Proficiency in container frameworks
• Mastery in the use of infrastructure automation toolsets like Terraform, Ansible, and command line interfaces for Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and other cloud platforms
• Certification in Cloud Security
• An understanding of various operating systems

1. Deployment, management, and administration of web services in a public cloud environment

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or closely related field
2. 4 - 6 years professional experience in DevOps, with at least 1/2 years in Linux / Unix
3. Very strong in core CS concepts around operating systems, networks, and systems architecture including web services
4. Strong scripting experience in Python and Bash
5. Deep experience administering, running and deploying AWS based services
6. Solid experience with Terraform, Packer and Docker or their equivalents
7. Knowledge of security protocols and certificate infrastructure.
8. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills 
9. Broad experience with cloud hosted applications including virtualization platforms, relational and non relational data stores, reverse proxies, and orchestration platforms
10. Curiosity, continuous learning and drive to continually raise the bar
11. Strong partnering and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

1. Past experience as a senior developer or application architect strongly preferred.
2. Experience building continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
3. Experience with Zookeeper, Consul, HAProxy, ELK-Stack, Kafka, PostgreSQL.
4. Experience working with, and preferably designing, a system compliant to any security framework (PCI DSS, ISO 27000, HIPPA, SOC 2, ...)
5. Experience with AWS orchestration services such as ECS and EKS.
6. Experience working with AWS ML pipeline services like AWS Sagemak

As DevOps Engineer, you are responsible to setup and maintain GIT repository, DevOps tools like Jenkins, UCD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jfrog Artifactory, Cloud monitoring tools, Cloud security.

• Setup, configure, and maintain GIT repos, Jenkins, UCD, etc. for multi hosting cloud environments.
• Architect and maintain the server infrastructure in AWS. Build highly resilient infrastructure following industry best practices.
• Working on Docker images and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and maintain the automation scripts using Ansible or other available tools.
• Maintain and monitor cloud Kubernetes Clusters and patching when necessary.
• Working on Cloud security tools to keep applications secured.
• Participate in software development lifecycle, specifically infra design, execution, and debugging required to achieve successful implementation of integrated solutions within the portfolio.
• Required Technical and Professional Expertise.

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT industry.
• Expertise in implementing and managing Devops CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience in DevOps automation tools. And Very well versed with DevOps Frameworks, Agile.
• Working knowledge of scripting using shell, Python, Terraform, Ansible or puppet or chef.
• Experience and good understanding in any of Cloud like AWS, Azure, Google cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is required.
• Proficient in troubleshooting skills with proven abilities in resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience with working with ticketing tools.
• Middleware technologies knowledge or database knowledge is desirable.
• Experience and well versed with Jira tool is a plus.
