Profile required 

• Experience in Java stack (preferably Springboot)
• Strong knowledge in Design Principles & Patterns and Development methodologies
• Must have Good experience working on Rest services
• Good experience with Java Microservices architecture
• Strong Expertise with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Experience in test driven development (unit testing. Mocking, BDD)
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies
• Preferable to have experience working on Angular and React 
• Preferable to have experience on Docker and kubernetes
• Preferable to have experience in finance domain
• Preferable to have experience in AWS or any other cloud services

The ideal candidate should have

• Strong fundamentals in Core Java, JDBC, and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience of development and support of enterprise-level cloud-native application
• Hands-on experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, ORM Tools, and Cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience of Java Microservices architecture

We are looking for a Team lead to architect, build, and scale high-performance web applications that power our core products. You will lead the full development lifecycle—from system design to deployment—while mentoring the team and driving best engineering practices across frontend and backend stacks.

 Design & Implement: Lead the design, implementation and management of Trential products.

 Lead by example: Be the most senior and impactful engineer on the team, setting the technical bar through your direct contributions.

 Code Quality & Best Practices: Enforce high standards for code quality, security, and performance through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and continuous delivery pipelines.

 Standards Adherence: Ensure all solutions comply with relevant open standards like W3C Verifiable Credentials (VCs), Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs) & Privacy Laws, maintaining global interoperability.

 Continuous Improvement: Lead the charge to continuously evaluate and improve the products & processes. Instill a culture of metrics-driven process improvement to boost team efficiency and product quality.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Co-Founders & Product Team to translate business requirements and market needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and stories. Represent Trential in interactions with external stakeholders for integrations.

What we're looking for:

 Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a Technical Lead.

 Technical Depth: Deep proficiency in JavaScript and experience in building and operating distributed, fault-tolerant systems.

 Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS & GCP) and modern DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker).

 Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling for high-throughput, secure applications.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

 Identity & Credentials: Knowledge of decentralized identity principles, Verifiable Credentials (W3C VCs), DIDs, and relevant protocols (e.g., OpenID4VC, DIDComm)

 Familiarity with data privacy and security standards (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and designing systems complying to these laws.

 Experience integrating AI/ML models into verification or data extraction workflows

Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities

Writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team.

Ultimately, you'll build highly responsive web applications that align with our business needs. Write effective, scalable code Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance Integrate user-facing elements into applications.

Requirements

1 to 5 years of experience as a Python Developer

Hands on experience of Flask, Django or Gin or Revel or Sanic

Knowledge of design/architectural patterns will be considered as a plus

Experience working in an agile development environment with a strong focus on rapid software development

Experience in AWS or similar cloud technologies

Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills

Proven ability to complete assigned task according to the outlined scope and timeline

Experience with messaging frameworks such as SQS/Kafka/RabbitMq

Experience with Elastic Search

Willingness to learn new and different technologies

• Experience in designing & developing systems/software for large business environments (Java, J2EE).
• Strong design and coding skills in Enterprise Java, REST & SOAP web services, ORM (JPA/Hibernate), Spring, Maven, JMS (ActiveMQ), Caching, XML, JSON.
• Experience with multiple integration technologies / frameworks.
• Must have good experience in Unix/Oracle/SQL.
• Experience in Agile Development, Scrum, and Iterative approaches.
• Experience and exposure to AWS Cloud Services and DevOps mindset and expertise is a plus Experience with Mule or any ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) is a plus.

• 3+ years of work experience as a Python Developer. 
• Sound understanding and knowledge of Python and its ecosystem libraries like pandas and numpy. Also be able to write modular code and understand the python packaging system. 

• Experience on web crawling, scraping (Scrapy,BeautifulSoup, Selenium) and web application development using Django/Flask Framework. 
• Experience on Data-Science; exposure to Theanos, Tensorflow, Pytorch (preferable) 
• Exposure to data mining, Pyspark (preferable)
