Key Responsibilities

● Lead the entire channel sales cycle from identifying potential partners to driving recurring revenue.

● Recruit, onboard, and activate new channel partners across multiple regions and industries.

● Build and nurture strong partner relationships through structured business planning, regular engagement, and ongoing support.

● Conduct product training and sales enablement sessions to empower partners with the knowledge and tools needed for success.

● Track partner performance and ensure achievement of sales targets through regular reviews, dashboards, and performance insights.

● Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on partner requirements and success.

● Ensure adherence to commercial policies, compliance norms, and revenue-sharing structures.

● Take ownership of revenue targets for specific partner regions or verticals.

Requirements

1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

2. Work Experience: 3–5 years in channel sales, partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Telecom, or Cloud Communication domains.

3. Partner Handling: Proven experience in onboarding, managing, and growing revenue through channel partners or resellers.

4. Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales cycle, indirect sales models, and partner revenue contribution metrics.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging partners and internal teams effectively.

6. Training & Enablement: Ability to conduct partner training sessions and share regular product/sales updates.

7. Analytical Skills: Competence in using CRM tools and analyzing partner performance reports.

8. Process Orientation: Strong follow-up, reporting, and documentation discipline to manage multiple partner accounts.

9. Self-Motivation: Highly driven with a proactive approach and ownership mindset; able to work with minimal supervision.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Branding Specialist who will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online presence of our CEO. The primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to promote the CEO’s personal brand, increase their visibility across digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to align the CEO’s online persona with the company’s overall branding and values.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance the CEO's personal brand and reputation.

● Monitor and manage the CEO's online presence across various social media platforms, ensuring a positive and consistent image.

● Research, create and curate engaging and relevant content for the CEO's social media profiles, including posts, articles, blogs, and videos(using Canva/similar)

● Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to develop content ideas that align with the CEO's expertise and reputation goals.

● Monitor and respond to online feedback, comments, and inquiries directed at the CEO, maintaining a professional and positive image.

● Implement SEO techniques and strategies to optimize the CEO's online visibility and search engine rankings.

● Handle any digital crisis that may occur, including negative reviews or feedback.

● Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of reputation management efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

● Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and propose innovative strategies to enhance the CEO's reputation.

● Support the marketing team with other digital marketing initiatives as required.

Responsibilities:

• Data science model review, run the code refactoring and optimization, containerization, deployment, versioning, and monitoring of its quality.
• Design and implement cloud solutions, build MLOps on the cloud (preferably AWS)
• Work with workflow orchestration tools like Kubeflow, Airflow, Argo, or similar tools
• Data science models testing, validation, and test automation.
• Communicate with a team of data scientists, data engineers, and architects, and document the processes.

Eligibility:

• Rich hands-on experience in writing object-oriented code using python
• Min 3 years of MLOps experience (Including model versioning, model and data lineage, monitoring, model hosting and deployment, scalability, orchestration, continuous learning, and Automated pipelines)
• Understanding of Data Structures, Data Systems, and software architecture
• Experience in using MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, and Airflow Pipelines for building, deploying, and managing multi-step ML workflows based on Docker containers and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to deep learning approaches and modeling frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, etc. )

• Power BI Report development.
• Building Analysis Services reporting models.
• Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.
• Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.
• Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
• Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.
• Should have an edge over making DAX queries in Power BI desktop.
• Expert in using advanced-level calculations on the data set.
• Responsible for design methodology and project documentaries.
• Should be able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards.

• FULL-STACK PHP/MySQL development in CODEIGNITOR FRAMEWORK (LARAVEL, ZEND, CAKE, SYMPHONY frameworks acceptable) using AGILE METHODOLOGY
• Cross-functioning with our product development team wherein you’ll tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use UIs and API interfaces
• Follow the coding guideline standards to ensure a bug free code as per industry norms
• Complete unit testing of the code before sending it for review
• Participate in the complete agile software delivery cycle, including development, testing, troubleshooting etc.
• Participate in process improvement program to improve the overall quality of the delivery process.

• Min of 3 years of relevant experience in PHP/MySQL using CODEIGNITOR framework development is a must (exposure to LARAVEL, ZEND, CAKE, SYMPHONY framework is acceptable)

• Proven knowledge of PHP/MySQL stack using CODEIGNITOR (preferable) framework for FULL-STACK development
