Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate People Manager to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for supporting the People Manager in managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring employee engagement, and driving talent development initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people management and a strong ability to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees to address concerns, resolve issues, and offer guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Employee Onboarding: Oversee the complete onboarding process and ensure proper documentation for new employees.
• Performance Management: Assist with the performance review process, offering feedback and supporting the development of improvement plans.
• Employee Offboarding: Manage the entire process for voluntary and involuntary exits, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Internal Transfers and Conversions: Handle full-time conversions and internal transfers for employees.
• Employee Engagement: Support initiatives designed to boost employee morale, including organizing events, conducting surveys, and facilitating team-building activities.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, monitor attendance, track leave balances, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Conflict Resolution: Aid in resolving conflicts and fostering effective communication between employees and management.
• HR Reporting: Produce HR-related reports to track employee performance, engagement, and other critical metrics for management.
• HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and communicate updates effectively to employees.

Job Description

As a PHP Developer at Briidea Innovetures, you will be responsible for building and maintaining secure, high-performance fintech applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop robust payment solutions and ensure seamless API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications for SyncFinnect and LOS using PHP and related technologies.
• Integrate payment APIs (Cashfree, Worldline, Digio) for UPI Autopay, eNACH, and other fintech functionalities.
• Implement WhatsApp Business API for messaging automation.
• Work with SMS APIs for transactional notifications.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless fintech transactions.
• Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of fintech applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Troubleshoot, test, and debug applications to enhance performance.
• Stay updated with fintech trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience as a PHP Developer in the fintech sector.
• Strong proficiency in PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter) and best practices.
• Experience with payment gateway APIs (Cashfree, Worldline, Digio) and fintech integrations.
• Expertise in WhatsApp Business API, SMS APIs, and notification systems.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, ReactJS, CSS).
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and database optimization.

What are we looking for:

1. We are looking for someone that has an eye for design, solid experience in ReactJS, are value-driven and product-oriented. You will own all phases of user interface development.
2. From architecture and design to implementation and customer engagement. This role isn’t just about coding; it's about owning features end-to-end, translating them from concepts to user-centric products
3. Each engineer owns the feature they are building and is responsible for turning it into reality, and we will need your front-end expertise to find solutions to problems and challenges and deliver on roadmap objectives.
4. 4+ years of experience in web frontend technology, including React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
5. Significant experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side state management, particularly React.js and Redux.
6. Knowledge of 2D visualization libraries like D3 and 3D visualization tools such as Three.js and WebGL is a plus.
7. Expertise in developing solutions for complex problems and integrations, with a strong product sense to balance technical and product requirements.
8. Skilled in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, product, tech, learning experience & marketing.
9. Independent and capable of producing 'production ready' code with minimal guidance.
10. Proficient in performance optimization and CDN caching strategies.
11. Nice to have: Full stack experience working in backend.
