Job Title: Sr. IT Analyst – IAM & Office 365

Location: Sector 32, Gurgaon

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Should be comfortable working on weekends if needed)

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned IT Security professional with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Office 365 administration. This role is critical to ensuring secure access to enterprise systems, managing user identity lifecycles, and supporting ongoing cloud security initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices, support operational tasks, and contribute to projects around IAM automation, Office 365 feature rollouts, and policy implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Identity and Access Management (IAM):

• Administer and maintain IAM systems across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
• Implement and optimize Conditional Access Policies, MFA, and RBAC.
• Integrate IAM solutions with Azure AD, Office 365, and other enterprise tools.
• Automate workflows for identity lifecycle management and secret/certificate rotation.
• Maintain documentation such as SOPs and process flows.

Office 365 Administration:

• Manage services like SharePoint Online, Teams, and PowerApps.
• Configure and monitor security features like DLP and Defender for Office 365.
• Troubleshoot Office 365 issues and respond to service requests.
• Ensure Office 365 logs are properly integrated into the SIEM system.

Operational Security & Projects:

• Conduct user access audits, incident handling, and vulnerability remediation.
• Participate in security tool upgrades and rollout of new O365 features.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards.
• Drive improvements in access control and security posture.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 4+ years in IT Security with expertise in IAM and Office 365.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, and O365 security.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles, RBAC, authentication protocols.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Exposure to Microsoft Graph API is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Good to Have

• Microsoft Certification – MS-102 or equivalent.

●              Work with application development teams to identify and understand their operational pain points.

●              Document these challenges and define goals to be achieved by the infrastructure team.

●              Prototype and evaluate multiple solutions, often by experimenting with various vendors and tools available, to achieve the goals undertaken.

●              Rollout tools and processes with heavy focus on automation.

●              Evangelize and help onboard application development teams on the platforms provided by the infrastructure team.

●              Co-own the responsibility with application development teams to ensure the reliability of services.

●              Design and implement solutions around observability to ensure ease of maintenance and quick debugging of services

●              Establish and implement administrative and operational best practices in the application development teams.

●              Find avenues to reduce infrastructure costs and drive optimization in all services.

●              5+ years of experience as a DevOps / Infrastructure engineer with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)

●              Experience with git, CI / CD, Docker, etc

●              Experience in working with infrastructure as code (Terraform, etc).

●              Strong Linux Shell scripting experience

●              Experience with one of the programming languages like Python, Java, Kotlin, etc.

Salesforce DevOps/Release Engineer

Resource type - Salesforce DevOps/Release Engineer

Experience - 5 to 8 years

Norms - PF & UAN mandatory

Resource Availability - Immediate or Joining time in less than 15 days

Job - Remote

Shift timings - UK timing (1pm to 10 pm or 2pm to 11pm)

Required Experience:

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps, release engineering, or deployment management.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce deployment processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Significant hands-on experience with at least two of the following tools: Gearset, Copado,Flosum.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, and development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using Gearset, Copado, or Flosum.
• Automate and optimize deployment processes to ensure efficient, reliable, and repeatable releases across Salesforce environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to gather requirements and ensurealignment of deployment strategies.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment and release issues.
• Maintain documentation for deployment processes and provide training on best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce DevOps tools, features, and best practices.

Technical Skills:

Experience with additional DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) is beneficial.

• Proficient in Linux Commands line and troubleshooting.

• Proficient in deployment using Ansible.
• Knowledge of infrastructure management tools (Infrastructure as cloud) such as terraform, AWS cloudformation etc.
• Proficient in deployment of applications behind load balancers and proxy servers such as nginx, apache.
• Scripting languages: Bash, Python, Groovy.
• Experience with Logging, Monitoring, and Alerting tools like ELK(Elastic-search, Logstash, Kibana), Nagios. Graylog, splunk Prometheus, Grafana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and support always-available private/public cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications.
• Build AWS or other public cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes (EKS) based docker applications in AWS.
• Create custom OS images using Packer.
• Create and revise infrastructure and architectural designs and implementation plans and guide the implementation with operations.
• Liaison between application development, infrastructure support, and tools (IT Services) teams.
• Development and documentation of Chef recipes and/or ansible scripts. Support throughout the entire deployment lifecycle (development, quality assurance, and production).
• Help developers leverage infrastructure, application, and cloud platform features and functionality participate in code and design reviews, and support developers by building CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Jenkins, or Spinnaker.
• Create knowledge-sharing presentations and documentation to help developers and operations teams understand and leverage the system's capabilities.
• Learn on the job and explore new technologies with little supervision.
• Leverage scripting (BASH, Perl, Ruby, Python) to build required automation and tools on an ad-hoc basis.

Who we have in mind:

• Solid experience in building a solution on AWS or other public cloud services using Terraform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility.
• Extensive knowledge in containerized application and deployment in Kubernetes
• Extensive knowledge of the Linux operating system, RHEL preferred.
• Proficiency with shell scripting.
• Experience with Java application servers.
• Experience with GiT and Subversion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical and technical audiences.
• Experience working in a large-scale operational environment.
• Internet and operating system security fundamentals.
• Extensive knowledge of massively scalable systems. Linux operating system/application development desirable.
• Programming in scripting languages such as Python. Other object-oriented languages (C++, Java) are a plus.
• Experience with Configuration Management Automation tools (chef or puppet).
• Experience with virtualization, preferably on multiple hypervisors.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Education or Equivalent Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in related fields
• Certificates of training in associated fields/equipment’s

Requirements

• Design, write and build tools to improve the reliability, latency, availability and scalability of HealthifyMe application.

• Communicate, collaborate and work effectively across distributed teams in a global environment

• Optimize performance and solve issues across the entire stack: hardware, software, application, and network.

• Experienced in building infrastructure with terraform / cloudformation or equivalent.
• Experience with ansible or equivalent is beneficial
• Ability to use a wide variety of Open Source Tools
• Experience  with AWS is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of running services in a large scale environment.
• Expert level understanding of Linux servers, specifically RHEL/CentOS.
• Practical, proven knowledge of shell scripting and at least one higher-level language (eg. Python, Ruby, GoLang).
• Experience with source code and binary repositories, build tools, and CI/CD (Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, etc)
• Demonstrable knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, web application security, and experience supporting multi-tier web application architectures.
