Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders for software licenses (OEM / distributor).
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, and order confirmation.
- Ensure accurate order placement as per approved quotations.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery / activation of licenses.
- Maintain records of orders, invoices, and licensing details.
- Work closely with the sales team for order closure and dispatch updates.
- Handle vendor communication for any issues, delays, or escalations.
- Verify invoices and ensure proper documentation for billing.
- Support renewal orders and subscription tracking.
