we are looking for SFCC backend developer

with 5+ yr of experience with backend developer experience.

• You need to be excited about the problem that we are trying to solve
• 4+ years of experience building applications in Native iOS (Swift)
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs.
• Strong Js fundamentals - You should be able to contribute partially to our existing React Native development as well
• Ability to give clarity and communicate well with the team, including Product, Backend and Dev-Ops (if and when needed)
• Ability to use profiling tools well, getting to root causes of bugs fast
• Ability to pick and work on adjacent technologies if and when required (Eg: If the best performance monitoring solution needs a basic firebase setup, that should not be a blocker for you to go ahead and do so)
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes
• You need to be comfortable working in a remote environment (Good internet connection and availability on phone is needed)
• Deep understanding of iOS architecture

• Experience with React Native or similar Hybrid Frameworks
• Exposure to Objective C

• Ability to tell Product what creates better User Experience, ability to tell backend what API responses will help the user get a faster load time
• Inquisitiveness to understand the system as a whole, and not only be stuck to your domain of expertise (Eg: Asking questions like why does this particular response take so much time as compared to others, and brainstorming with the backend engineer on how to improve on it)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings, website traffic, and conversions.
2. Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities for optimization using different tools
3. Perform on-page and off-page optimization activities, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
4. Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify areas for improvement.
5. Performing competitive analysis and identifying gaps in the content or areas of improvement in the web design
6. Conduct regular audits to ensure website compliance with search engine guidelines and recommend necessary changes
7. Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO techniques to ensure best practices are followed.
9. Analyze website data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
10. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates
11. Update older content and add effective calls to action (CTAs) to improve user engagement
12. Report on performance metrics comparing them to our SEO goals and benchmarking data
13. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and content teams, to align SEO efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements and skills

1. Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role
2. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
3. Familiarity with keyword research tools, web analytics tools, and SEO software.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
5. Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO factors and optimization strategies.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

• Skilled in Java / J2EE including frameworks like Microservices, Spring boot, hibernate etc
• Experience with microservices-based architecture including building
• Good knowledge of SQL (MySQL / Oracle / SQL Server / Postgres), NoSQL (MongoDB / Cassandra), App server Knowledge (Tomcat/JBoss etc.), OSGi, REST Web Services
• Working / Usage experience of Docker, Microservices, Jenkins, Multithreading, Design patterns, Java 1.8 and Container
• Experience with Cloud computing in added advantage (AWS / Azure)
• Strong Debugging and Troubleshooting Expertise.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Expertise in implementation of Android Software Download/Updates                               

Embedded systems constraints, identification of root causes/debugging issues through SW development life cycle.                          

Embedded SW development process (full V-cycle).                         

A SPICE and Agile (SCRUM, KanBan) methodologies                              

SW Tool administration (e.g. Doors, GIT, EA) and Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) knowledge.                                   

ISO26262 standard and defensive programming                               

Knowledge of cyber security and HSM sub system.                         

High capacity of synthesis for technical planning issues.
