About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Specialist to join our Travel Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pricing strategies, monitoring competitor fares, and optimizing margins across flight and hotel bookings. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with travel pricing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage pricing strategies for flights, hotels, and travel packages
• Analyze competitor pricing trends across major travel platforms

• Review supplier rate sheets and update pricing systems accordingly

Role Summary

Own the design and implementation of the contract generation capability in

C3/Salesforce—including canonical template modeling, field mappings, merge logic, and

generation.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead end-to-end build of merge templates and document generation flows for contract

types in Salesforce/C3; establish reusable patterns and governance.

 Translate business requirements into technical designs (data model, mapping, merge rules,

validation/approvals) and own backlog grooming and sprint readiness.

 Implement in Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Approvals,

and REST/SOAP APIs; integrate with clause libraries and metadata sources.

 Set engineering standards (coding guidelines, branching, CI/CD), perform code reviews, and

mentor developers; ensure performance, security, and auditability.

 Deliver a pilot for at least one contract type and expand to additional templates based on

fit/gap and stakeholder feedback; drive UAT and release readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Salesforce: Apex, LWC/Lightning, Flows, Approvals, SOQL/SOSL; experience integrating

third-party systems via REST/SOAP; strong understanding of template merge and document

generation.

 Prior experience with C3 is necessary.

 Data & Mapping: Designing canonical models, field mappings, clause/section metadata;
