Brief Description:

NonStop io is seeking a proficient .NET Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable applications using .NET technologies. This role involves working on a healthcare-focused product and requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for software development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, and related technologies
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while following best practices
• Develop and optimize APIs and microservices
• Work with SQL Server and other databases to ensure high performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
• Ensure compliance with security and performance standards, especially for healthcare-related applications

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong experience in .NET Core/.NET Framework and C#
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Blazor is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure/AWS) is a plus
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
• Prior experience in healthcare tech or working with HIPAA-compliant systems is a plus

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Engineering to lead the development of our innovative and disruptive cross-border trading platform at Hectar Global. This person will be responsible for spearheading all technical aspects of the project, from architecture and infrastructure to data and machine learning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, including hiring, training, and mentoring
• Design and implement the technical architecture of the cross-border trading platform
• Ensure the platform is scalable, efficient, and secure
• Oversee the development of data models and machine learning algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to ensure the platform meets user needs and is visually appealing and easy to use

Requirements:

Detailed Job Description:  

 Mandatory:

• 6-8 years of total IT experience delivering enterprise-scale applications or product implementations
• 1-3 years of experience working as a technical lead.
• Working Experience in ISO20022, SWIFT, Remittance ( Mandatory)
• Language & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Any ORM ( Mandatory)

Preferred:

• Working experience in TCS Bancs or Integration with TCS Bancs
• Database: SQL Server
• Working experience in managing projects in Java Stack.
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft stack, Static Code analyzers, Overall SDLC Lifecycle, Design & Architecture

Candidate should be ok for On shore travel (Singapore Travel) coming in next 3 months (for at least 1 month as when required)

Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to managing end-to-end implementation project life cycle, driving optimization of operating models 
• Determine Project Scope, Objectives and Dependencies
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, work plan and key milestones
• Determine and Define Project Resource Allocations
• Manage Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies on Project by assigning appropriate ownership and escalations
• Capture project health metrics, maintaining a central repository for all projects and project information that provide insights into processes and frameworks that work 
• Establish and execute Project Governances viz., Steerco Meetings, Weekly Cadences and Track Action Items to closure
• Conduct governance calls for ongoing projects and ensuring project commitments are being met by Darwinbox’s implementation team as well as the Client’s implementation team 
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Collaborate with Client on requirement changes and initiate change management process
•  Identify, document and update the project scope for changes
• Initiate appropriate review and approvals on the changes
• Evaluate and analyze the impact of changes and communicate with stakeholders
• Seek approvals and commitments on the scope, cost and schedule
• Ensure SOP adherence, time-logging, effectively making use/ driving adoption of Project Management tools and methodologies 
• Review/prepare Project Plans for implementation projects and monitor resource allocation 
• Identify Stakeholder Communication Requirements on project performance metrics
• Collaborate with Product Teams on Product enhancements
• Document impact and prioritize changes to Product Backlog and timelines
• Stakeholder Reporting - Preparing status reports, highlighting risks to the project timelines, proactively escalating potential red flags, and recommending mitigation solutions

• B. Tech or an equivalent degree 
• MBA or an equivalent degree is preferred but not mandatory 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change 
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills 
• Proficiency in MS Office tool.
• Any experience in MS SharePoint, MS Power Automate, Excel Macros, and Project Management Tools like JIRA, and Zoho Projects is an added advantage 
• Any Project Management (PMP/ Prince2/Agile CSM) or Agile certification is mandatory 

•  8-10 years of prior experience in a project management role is preferred with strong experience in HRMS implementation.

We are looking to onboard a lead for our blockchain engineering team. At Arcana we are building our own sovereign EVM compatible chain with its own set of validators. Security, Scalability and Interoperability are the primary goals of the blockchain and we're looking to put together some of the best minds to achieve this. • Experience in managing a team of engineers for at least 2+ years.
• Must have significant experience with Geth (Go Ethereum) or equivalent blockchain nodes and p2p
• Must be proficient with Golang
• Deep understanding of Blockchain, Solidity, Assembly, and the EVM
• Experience in standard software practices including clean code, unit tests and CI/CD
