Role Summary

Support identity modernization initiatives by gathering business requirements, defining identity governance processes, and translating requirements into Entra ID solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document identity lifecycle management requirements.

Analyze authentication, authorization, and access governance processes.

Define user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review workflows.

Document SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and PIM requirements.

Conduct stakeholder workshops and process-mapping sessions.

Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Support implementation, testing, and deployment activities.

Assist audit and compliance teams with identity governance reporting.

Technical Leadership

Facilitate business-to-technical alignment.

Support IAM process standardization.

Quality & Operations

Ensure requirements traceability.

Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5–8 years of IAM business analysis experience.

The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success.This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
• This will happen via Linkedin, Email, cold calling, social media or any other channel.
• Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads.

Role Overview:

As the Assistant HR Manager at Thrillophilia, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our exceptional team. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, ensuring we attract, onboard, and retain top talent who share our passion for travel and adventure. Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

2. Onboarding and Orientation

3. HR Operations:

- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

- Handle employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution in line with company policies.

- Administer employee benefits and leave policies, including leave tracking and coordination.

4. Employee Engagement

- Support initiatives that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

- Coordinate team-building activities and events that contribute to a positive work culture.

5. Exit Management:

- Oversee the exit process, conducting exit interviews, and identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong emphasis on recruitment.

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and retaining talent.

- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
