Experience &   Skills

● Expert at in RoR, Golang, NodeJS or Python. Good to have exposure to ML. ● Must have experience in cloud computing ● Operates independently with almost no oversight ● Is able to apply domain expertise to think critically and make wise decisions for the team, taking into account tradeoffs and constraints. ● Communicates tech decisions through design docs and tech talks ● Has delivered multiple projects with end-to-end engineering ownership ● Keeps track of new technology/tools and embraces them as necessary ● 12+ years of experience in product driven organization ● A Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering from a reputed institute (preferably IITs, NITs, or other top engineering institutes)

• Experience with Azure Devops platform will be an added advantage
• Experience with test and/or process automation, source control
• Possess solid debugging process and exhibit technical intuition

The pilot was done using freelancers now we are looking for a full-time hire who can lead this project.  Skillset : - Node.js, PostGIS, and experience with AWS - PostgreSQL and MongoDB - Loopback framework - Self-driven, and passionate to make an impact in the world What kind of person we are looking : - Experience integration of data storage solutions like MongoDB and nosql cloud data store. - Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods - Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code - Code, test and operate node.js based services - Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications - Strong knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Loopback. - Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as Angular JS, HTML5 and CSS.  - Deployed and managed critical applications using a number of AWS services like (not limited to) S3, EC2, Route 53, Lambda etc. - User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments - Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications - Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes - Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system - Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Gitlab, Github, Bitbucket etc.

We need a strong Ruby on Rails developer who has as strong understanding of Rest API's and also a experience on Node.js is plus point. Database understanding and AWS deployment is a must.

Strong Experience in Javascript Frameworks like Angular, React or Ember. Experience in building multi-tier SaaS applications with exposure to micro-services, caching, pub-sub, messaging technologies. Experience with MVC & MVVM design patterns. Familiarity with ES6/ES7,UI components library (such as material-ui or Bootstrap) and RESTful APIs Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) Experience with web frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Webpack, LESS, Bootstrap. A strong foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Experience with Industry-standard build tooling, including npm, Webpack, and Github is a plus. Exposure to AWS, Docker, CI/CD systems like Jenkins is a plus.
