Project Manager

We are hiring a Client Account Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure smooth delivery of E2M’s services. You will be the primary contact for our agency partners—helping them see value, resolving challenges, and supporting long-term retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Ensure clients receive maximum value from E2M services
• Deliver an excellent client experience and manage escalations
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, designers, and SEO teams for timely delivery
• Gather feedback and represent client needs internally
• Drive renewals, retention, and account growth
• Track account health, budgets, timelines, and profitability
• Build trusted relationships and provide strategic guidance
• Identify risks early and implement solutions
• Collaborate across teams for a seamless client journey

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a digital, creative, or web agency
• Experience managing or delivering web/digital projects
• Strong understanding of web technologies and digital marketing (no coding required)
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Proven record in client retention, growth, and profitability
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Basecamp, or similar (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience working with Sales/Pre-sales/Account teams
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with North American clients and time zones

What are the Key Responsibilities:

• Design NLP applications
• Select appropriate annotated datasets for Supervised Learning methods
• Use effective text representations to transform natural language into useful features
• Find and implement the right algorithms and tools for NLP tasks
• Develop NLP systems according to requirements
• Train the developed model and run evaluation experiments
• Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models
• Extend ML libraries and frameworks to apply in NLP tasks
• Remain updated in the rapidly changing field of machine learning

What are we looking for:

• Proven experience as an NLP Engineer or similar role
• Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures, and modeling
• Ability to effectively design software architecture
• Deep understanding of text representation techniques (such as n-grams, a bag of words, sentiment analysis etc), statistics and classification algorithms
• Knowledge of Python, Java, and R
• Ability to write robust and testable code
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like sci-kit-learn)
• Strong communication skills
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or similar field

• Hands-on experience in developing, improving, and supporting RPA programs with data integrity standards.

• Must have hands-on experience and troubleshooting knowledge in Power Automate. Functional knowledge of Agile development and RPA development lifecycle management principles.
• Hands-on at least one other RPA Tools Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Ui Path etc..
• Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
• Must be capable of taking initiative, with a firm understanding of the final goal to be achieved.
• Must be an excellent team player possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive company information

What you need to have:

• 2 to 6 years of strong hands-on experience building applications on the web platform with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience in building responsive web apps using JavaScript
• Strong understanding of the latest JavaScript ES6+ concepts such as Promises, OOPs, Scoping, etc
• Strong hands-on experience in building SPAs using React JS and its companion libraries
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Grunt, Gulp etc
• Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, Flux, Context API, etc
• Strong debugging skills using browsers dev tools and familiarity with cross-browser support
• Familiarity with API dev tools such as Postman
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Showcase your interest in front-end either by your side projects in your GitHub or an interesting story to tell
• Knowledge of the latest web technologies such as Service workers/PWAs will be a huge plus
• Knowledge of Server-side rendering using React
• Knowledge of CSS pre-processors
• Knowledge of testing framework like Jest, Mocha, etc
