Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships in the

U.S. market, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in cloud migration services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, account growth, and consultative selling within IT services or cloud solutions.

You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, driving

revenue growth, and positioning cloud migration solutions (M365/Azure/GCP) that align with client

business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and grow assigned accounts within the USA market.

 Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.

 Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, particularly in:

o Cloud migration & modernization

o Infrastructure transformation

o Managed cloud services

 Drive end-to-end sales cycles from requirement gathering to deal closure.

 Collaborate with pre-sales, cloud architects, and delivery teams to craft tailored cloud migration solutions.

 Build long-term relationships with CXOs, IT Directors, and decision-makers.

 Prepare account plans, revenue forecasts, and pipeline reports.

 Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

 Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract renewals.

 Stay up to date with cloud trends, competitive landscape, and US market dynamics.

Required Qualifications

 3–8 years of experience in: Account management / IT services sales / technology consulting

o Handling USA clients (mandatory)

 Proven experience selling cloud solutions and/or IT services.

 Understanding of:

o M365, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms

o Cloud migration strategies (lift & shift, re-platform, re-architect)

o Application modernization & ; infrastructure services

 Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

 Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts (preferred).

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Ability to work in US time zones as required.

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience working as a hands-on developer in Sybase, DB2, ETL technologies. 
• Worked extensively on data integration, designing, and developing reusable interfaces Advanced experience in Python, DB2, Sybase, shell scripting, Unix, Perl scripting, DB platforms, database design and modeling.
• Expert level understanding of data warehouse, core database concepts and relational database design.
• Experience in writing stored procedures, optimization, and performance tuning Strong Technology acumen and a deep strategic mindset.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must have the following experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, and/or business, or equivalent work experience.
2. You have experience with developing, maintaining and supporting production applications which have live users using Angular.
3. You have experience with State managment and NgRx (ideally) or any other framework
4. You are NOT a fresh graduate with no production experience
5. You have excellent English speaking skills
6. Strong understanding of the DOM, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
7. 3+ years of in-depth experience with Angular (2/4/8/x)

The Network Engineer position provides a secure network infrastructure and resolves any network security related findings. Evaluate and analyze new technologies for potential applicability to business needs. Design, install, and support the network infrastructure capable of supporting the business processes at Citizens Energy Group. Design, test, and implement a disaster recovery process and procedures for the network infrastructure. Detailed Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide on-call support in a 24/7 environment and remedy network outages or other interruptions.
• Maintain existing network equipment, installing new equipment and replacing faulty equipment in plant environments. Vendor and warranty management for network hardware and software.
• Design, implement, document, and test Disaster Recovery process and procedures for network infrastructure
• Manage network infrastructure backup and recovery processes
• Security and critical IOS update patch management
• Advise team for network infrastructure-related issues
• Proactive monitoring of to identify outages, service degradation, or security threats and responding accordingly
• Prepare, maintain, and adhere to procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring network data.
• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to meet SLA requirements
• Design, implement, and maintain Firewall infrastructure for internal and remote use.
• Design, implement, and maintain network management platform for proactive monitoring and management of network infrastructure
• Designing, maintaining, and effectively operating Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs), Wireless, Internet Connectivity, and Network Security
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of documentation, procedure manuals, and help sheets for network installations, including data, voice, and video systems.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Four-year degree with emphasis in Computer Science, Computer Technology, MIS or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of designing and supporting network devices and network protocols (Network switches, Firewalls, Wireless controllers and APs, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, SIP and layer 2 protocols Spanning Tree, VPC, VDC and VTP).
• Experience with Watchgaurd Firewall, Active Directory, NPS, and RADIUS configurations
