Project Manager – FinTech

We are looking for a passionate Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our product and customers. You’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to help prospects understand the value of Astuto.ai’s Cloud Cost Optimization and FinOps platform, and guide them through technical evaluations, demos, and solution design.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compelling demos and POCs tailored to customer environments.
• Translate customer pain points into product solutions and value articulation.
• Create high-quality customer value proposition documentation to create a business case for our solution
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve technical collateral and feedback loops.
• Support and onboarding of key customers.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting for DevTools, or Cloud products.
• Strong understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP fundamentals and cloud cost concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to do repeatable, high-energy, engaging product demos.
• Ability to simplify complex technology into clear business value.

Key Responsibilities

• As a part of the DevOps team, you will be responsible for the configuration, optimization, documentation, and support of the CI/CD components.

• Creating and managing build and release pipelines with Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

• Assist in planning and reviewing application architecture and design to promote an efficient deployment process.

• Troubleshoot server performance issues & handle the continuous integration system.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using ARM Templates and Terraform.

• Monitor and Support deployment, Cloud-based and On-premises Infrastructure.

• Diagnose and develop root-cause solutions for failures and performance issues in the production environment.

• Deploy and manage Infrastructure for production applications

• Configure security best practices for application and infrastructure

Essential Requirements

• Good hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS & GCP. (Preferably Azure)

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles.

• Strong work experience with CI/CD implementation tools like Azure DevOps, Team City, Octopus Deploy, AWS Code Deploy, and Jenkins.

• Experience of writing automation scripts with PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.

• GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, and Continuous Integration (CI) system.

• Understanding of secure DevOps practices

Good to Have -

•Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash

• Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Agile, Jira, Scrum/Kanban, etc.

• Experience with Build technologies and cloud services. (Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, AWS Code Deploy)

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with team and management.

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment.

• Must have a good understanding of SDLC.

• Knowledge of Linux, Windows server, Monitoring tools, and Shell scripting.

What You Bring

· Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role.

· Experience developing desktop applications.

· Strong working experience with back-end development using Node.JS, JavaScript.

· Strong knowledge of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

· Experience with System Design and Architecture.

· Familiarity with common stacks.

· Familiarity with Parallel Threading, Concurrent calling and Aggregation Queries.

· Ability to write quality unit tests

· Setting up CI/CD, and integrating with logging and monitoring systems for the products or platforms

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field

We are looking for highly motivated engineers with the following skillset-

• Engineering degree in Computer science or ECE or MCA is a must
• In-depth knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX
• Experience using PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, Zend, etc. - any 1 is required
• VueJS, AngularJS, ReactJS - knowledge of any 1 is required
• Between 1-5 years of work experience is required
• Very strong data structure and algorithm knowledge
• Ideal candidate would be a very strong developer with great coding skills
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work through ambiguous requirements and come up with a clear scope and problem statement
