Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Architect and oversee the development of our mobile application using React Native, ensuring high-quality code, performance, and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, execution, and delivery of mobile app projects.
• Take ownership of technical decisions, code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed in the team.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers, promoting their professional growth and skill development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile app development to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in mobile app development using React Native, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality mobile applications.
• 3-4 years of experience with mobile app development with React Native or web development with React
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and design patterns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic and technical decisions.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products or similar industries is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Build pixel-perfect, UIs across both mobile platforms. 
• Design,develop, secure high performing mobile applications using React Native for both Android & IOS .
• Translate designs & wireframes into a high-quality code & Mobile UI .
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. 
• Diagnose, fix bugs & performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native. 
•  Maintain code and execute UTC to ensure the product is of the highest quality. 
• Participate in the development and preparation of documentation. 

Skills 

• Must have exp in react native (must) and native Apps too.
• Team Player
• Familiarity with UTC , code versioning and CI/CD tools like Git, SVM, Jenkins.
• Proven development experience on smartphone platforms.
• Hands-on experience on React Native Framework, including React JS, React Native, and JavaScript.
• Extensive programming experience with at least one programming language such as Swift, Java, JavaScript.
• Deep familiarity with iOS or Android development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with code versioning and CI/CD tools like Git, SVM, Jenkins.
• Must have worked on at least one app that is published in AppStores.

Bonus:

• Experience in Objective-C, Swift, and Cocoa Touch.

• Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like Xcode & Android Studio.
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.

We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

• Good in Hybrid, Native Mobile development, and associated development frameworks SDKs.
• Good knowledge in one of the design component frameworks library – (React Native UI Components Library, Material UI, Native UI Components library)
• Stronghold in HTML and CSS or related design libraries like bootstrap, fluid layout system, grid layout system, Flexi layout system)
• Stronghold in repo management system – (Preferred GIT)
• Good to have knowledge on deployment and packaging application to play store or app store.
