What you’ll be doing

• Lead the development of our platform’s front end.
• Work with the product and design teams along with the founders to build new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance.
• Work closely with founders and internal/external stakeholders to build products, tools, and services from scratch and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• You'll leverage your frontend knowledge to help improve performance and reliability, and polish existing features.
• Share your technical expertise to help the team make thoughtful and scalable design decisions and identify performance bottlenecks to troubleshoot quickly.

Skills & Qualities we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of experience as a frontend developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers) at a fast-paced, preferably early / growth stage start-up.
• You're familiar with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and a React-like UI framework.
• Knowledge of codebases and version control systems (Git).
• You have experience debugging performance issues with UI in modern browsers across multiple platforms.

About the role:
We are seeking a Sr. Frontend Developer who has a knack for coming up with creative solutions to unique problems, planning development cycles and writing technical documentation while leading a team of developers. You can get in where needed to write clean, reusable, and performant code, with creative sensibilities to push projects towards perfection. You should have good time management skills and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a cross-discipline team of product managers, strategists, UX designers, art directors, and developers. How you fit in

Engineering is the executional function of EAGLE's software delivery wing. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you are expected to take control of complex B2C projects being built from scratch. Moreover, not only are you expected to write clean, tested, and maintainable code but you will also be a central part of a product team that iterates constantly, ships regularly, and learns continuously. • Collaborate with engineers, UI/UX designers, and product owners to build & ship new features and maintain/enhance existing ones

We are looking for an experienced Front End Architect who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing efficient Front End layers using well known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these applications are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
