Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement scalable solutions

- Develop scalable and high-performing frontend and cross-platform mobile architectures.

- Efficiently structure components and manage data flows in React, Next.js, and Flutter applications.

- Implement best practices including code splitting, lazy loading, and image optimization.

- Optimize web and mobile applications for fast loading times and seamless user experiences.

- Utilize state management libraries like Redux, MobX, Provider, Riverpod, and Bloc.

- Leverage TypeScript and Dart for building robust, type-safe applications.

- Develop responsive UIs using SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and Flutter widgets to ensure cross-device compatibility.

- Ensure adherence to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest, Cypress, and Flutter testing tools.

- Efficiently debug and troubleshoot frontend and mobile application issues.

- Work with Webpack, Parcel, Vite, Gulp, and Flutter build tools to optimize workflows.

- Enhance build processes for improved performance and scalability.

- Utilize Git and GitHub for version control, following collaborative best practices.

- Effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

- Advanced JavaScript Frameworks : React, Next.js.

- Support the Analytics team and other stakeholders with analytics agendas impacting campaigns, measurement frameworks, and campaign optimization.

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS.
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture.
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible.
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability.

Skills Required:

1. At least 3 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds.
2. Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database.
3. Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database.
4. Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases.
5. Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j.
6. Experience developing and deploying REST APIs.
7. Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks.
8. Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks.
9. Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications.
10. Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools.
11. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
12. Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms.

What we expect of you:

• 4+ years of experience building scalable backends using Nodejs
• In-depth knowledge of any framework of Nodejs (i.e. Express, Hapi, Koa.js)
• Hands on experience with developing REST APIs using Node.js and any of the above framework
• Good understanding of standard authentication systems such as OAuth2 and JWT
• Should have experience with Socket.IO
• Should have understanding of Model, Caching, Async mechanisms
