📍 Your Typical JD Checklist:
- Location: DLF Cyber Park, Gurgaon (work from office)
- Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
- CTC: Based on experience and skills
- Experience: 5-7 years in content, creative, or brand roles
- Reporting To: Divyam Goenka Associate ****Brand Director -Masters’ Union Creative Studio
👇 What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Team Management: Lead and manage all Creative Directors, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs within scope and budget.
- Team Building: Build and manage project-specific teams, leveraging a strong network of freelance talent and production houses.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage detailed budgets, delivery calendars, and resource plans to ensure efficient project execution.
- Operational Leadership: Streamline production workflows, optimize processes, and implement best practices to enhance studio efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align creative vision with business objectives.
- Talent Sourcing: Maintain and expand a robust network of freelance creatives and production vendors to support project needs.
