Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive – IT Hardware to join our growing team in Mumbai. The role involves selling IT hardware solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through both new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT hardware products
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Handle corporate and channel clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
• Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in IT hardware sales (desktops, laptops, servers, networking products, peripherals, etc.)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of the IT hardware market and vendors
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools

Preferred Requirements

• Experience handling B2B/corporate clients
• Existing client network in Mumbai is a plus
• Immediate or short notice period preferred

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Defines, guides, and supports the execution of Alphanext clients' technical governance processes
• Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of Alphanext clients' ServiceNow platforms
• Supports design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve Alphanext clients' desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption
• Provides technical evaluation of demands against Alphanext clients' ServiceNow platform architectures, platform capabilities, and best practices
• Guides ServiceNow Platform design, including considerations for integration and performance for Alphanext clients
• Assesses architecture and solution designs to support Alphanext clients' objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices
• Offers guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment for Alphanext clients
• Provides technical guidance in platform development and platform-wide solutions for Alphanext clients
• Advises on configuration and coding standards for Alphanext clients
• Supports remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices for Alphanext clients
• Assesses instance health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) by conducting ServiceNow HealthScan for Alphanext clients

Experience you should have 

• ServiceNow System Administration Certification (mandatory)
• ServiceNow HR, CSM and ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience in the following ServiceNow modules:
• ITOM – CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
• ITBM – Project Portfolio Management, Release Management, Agile
• HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and Finance
• GRC – Governance, Risk, and Compliance
• CSM – Customer Service Management module exp (Mandatory)
• ITSM – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog
• Expertise in Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs
• Possess good communication skills
• ITIL Foundation Certification would be a plus or can do before joining
• Implementation Specialist certification would be a plus

1. Expertise in building AWS Data Engineering pipelines with AWS Glue -> Athena -> Quick sight
2. Experience in developing lambda functions with AWS Lambda
3. Expertise with Spark/PySpark – Candidate should be hands on with PySpark code and should be able to do transformations with Spark
4. Should be able to code in Python and Scala.
5. Snowflake experience will be a plus

Requirement

1. 2+ Years of development experience in the full stack development (preferred MERN technology stack).
2. should be proficient in working with technologies like JavaScript, CSS, and JS with framework like NodeJs and ReactJS.
3. Strong skills and experience with programming, design, and architecture, and familiarity/experience with AWS and other cloud technologies.
4. Good Knowledge of APIs is a must.
5. Should have good knowledge of databases like Linux.
6. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
7. Keen interest in emerging technologies with an aptitude to learn and adapt.
8. A basic understanding in  Java is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Should be able to work independently once proper guidance is provided.
2. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
3. Ensure timely completion of development activity.
4. Prepare training documents and provide training to internal teams on tools.
5. Consult, design, and develop well-structured, scalable in-house tools.
6. Should be able to write optimized business logic for business functions.

Able to communicate with international clients without any communication hindrances.

- Own client on-boarding process including software installation, hardware configuration, client specific customization, and testing.

- Provide support in troubleshooting and solving technical errors to all our clients at various locations.

- Able to work independently and in a team and should have a can-do attitude.
Any US accent certification.

Excellent verbal/written english communication skills. (US accent preferred)

- Familiarity with computer technology specially in Windows OS.
