Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA Engineer specializing in modern automation frameworks. The successful candidate will lead quality assurance efforts for both web and native iOS applications, ensuring seamless performance and reliability. This role requires a professional who possesses deep technical expertise in Cypress and XCUI Test, coupled with the ability to take full ownership of the QA lifecycle in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms.

- Develop comprehensive automated test suites using Cypress for web applications and XCUI Test for native iOS features.

- Execute thorough manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track software defects.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to refine requirements and ensure quality delivery.

- Conduct performance, integration, and regression testing to maintain high-quality standards across all releases.

- Lead QA initiatives, provide technical guidance to team members, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes.

- Participate in requirement analysis and provide technical feedback during the early stages of the development lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and automation.

- Hands-on expertise in Cypress (Primary Skill) for web-based automation.

- Proven experience in XCUI Test (Primary Skill) for native iOS application testing.

- Proficiency in mobile automation strategies and framework design.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

- Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory).

- Demonstrated leadership mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Good to Have:

- Experience integrating automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Role overview
  As an SDE-3 Fullstack, you will actively lead, setting top-class engineering examples, a team of young talented web developers, and take major responsibility for end-to-end project development and delivery along with the Engineering Manager (EM), Principal Engineer (PE), other SDE-3 leads, and Technical Project Manager (TPM). You will also assist them with hiring and training the team. In essence, your usual day will be primarily coding 100% of the time.

  We are seeking an SDE-3 Frontend at Trinka ( https://trinka.ai ) with 5+ years of enterprise frontend web development experience primarily working on the AngularJS/ReactJS.

• Excellent Javascript programming skills - comfortable with writing, dubugging, refactoring and reviewing pure JS and AngularJS code
• Good problem solving skills to frame technical solutions for complex business problems.

• Responsible for designing and conducting a high-quality code-review process and maintaining highly performant, testable code with following strong software design patterns.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL

Extensive experience in PHP and MySQL.

Exposure to Magento 2, CMS, and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery.

Demonstrable knowledge of XML, XHTML, HTML, CSS, Modules i.e. API integration, Payment Gateways, XML with a focus on standards.

Demonstrable source control experience

Your primary focus will be developing web applications and components. You'll implement them with the React.js framework, following generally accepted practices and workflows. You will ensure that you produce robust, secure, modular, and maintainable code. You will coordinate with other team members, including backend developers and UX/UI designers. Your commitment to team collaboration, good communication, and a quality product is crucial.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing new user-facing features using React.js and workflows like Redux.
2. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
3. Translating designs and wireframes in high-quality code.
4. Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
5. Integrating APIs for complete functionality.
6. Write technical documentation.

Responsibilities include:

1. Experience developing desktop and mobile applications for a minimum of 2 years.

2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

3. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

4. Should have experience with Redux and respective middlewares (eg. redux-thunk or redux-saga)

5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs

6. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

7. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

8. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

9. Knowledge of D3.js would be plus

Skills Required: HTML/CSS, Javascript, React.js, Redux.

Required Experience: 2 - 4 year of experience

• Building marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall strategic marketing plan.
• Working with marketing agency partners to plan and execute digital app acquisition campaigns on channels like Google, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes and team players.
• Making analytics and data-driven decisions to optimize acquisition & retention strategy (funnel improvement, In-app engagement, ROAS, LTV etc.).
• Providing complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and taking relevant action on insights gained.
• Taking KRAs and brand objective ownership and commitment to meets goals and targets on a regular basis.
• Collaborating with the BD/ Sales teams to plan and execute various marketing initiatives such as events, SMS campaigns, sales training, partner collaboration etc.
• Working with cross-functional team (Product, Support, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support app growth and user acquisition targets.

• Experience in App Marketing in B2B domain is preferred.
• Minimum 4-7 years of professional experience in similar/relevant roles.
• Prior experience in performance marketing / digital marketing / growth role is a plus.
• Masters/MBA is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with - Google Playstore/Console, Firebase/Branch/MixPanel, Appsflyer/TUNE etc.
• Proven track record of delivering user acquisition growth, retention, and optimization across key mobile metrics is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills: bias toward decision making based on data, and good proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data.
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

You should be able to build and support complex applications single-handedly with a keen eye towards UX, design, security and performance. Additionally you will need to have a basic understanding of microservices, API integrations to aid in achieving our vision of building the most robust and scalable integration platform in the B2B Retail + Food verticals. You will be responsible for architecture, design and implementation of the entire system to support thousands of customers globally. Our stack is primarily built around Node, PHP, React, Angular, Mongo, PHP and advanced Infra and DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK and more.

Mentoring should come naturally to you, as well as finding the right balance towards process and documentation.
