Technical Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities : 

• Provide Voice and Remote terminal support for Level 1/2 backup and restore Issues and submit stars tickets
•  Configuration, Troubleshooting and assisting setup of backup Environment.
• Follow the Alert Management Strategy for category Level 1/2 on various system/server alerts received every day
• First and second level troubleshooting of the backup and restore issues
• Update & Maintain Pertinent technical and Operational Documentation
• Open support cases and work with vendors such as Oracle / IBM and Symantec/Iron Mountain to provide necessary logs/information on issues raised by
• Coordinate fix of H/W issues with vendors on backup servers following Hardware management processes and procedures
• Working with tape library teams on tape management
• Installation and configuration of backup software on servers and clients.
• Checking the failed backups for the day and rerunning them to meet SLA
• Setting up or Assisting in LAB/Dev machine needs for test purpose etc
• Requesting tapes from offsite location to facilitate restore
• Housekeeping of User or System Environment (Ex: work on heavy hitters and try to validate the exclude list etc)
• Work on RPO ( Recovery Point Objective ) and failure reports
• Backup policies and storage media management
• Daily operational checklists
• Notifications to a Group of Users or IT Admins mailing list
• Work on Change management windows
• Generate multiple reports and metrics as required for operations and planning
• Strive for improvement in operational and business value.

Requirements:

•            Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

•            Strong understanding of distributed data processing platforms like Databricks and BigQuery.

•            Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL programming languages.

•            Experience with performance optimization for large datasets.

•            Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

•            Fundamental knowledge of cloud services, preferably Azure or GCP.

•            Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

•            Experience in data migration projects.

•            Understanding of technologies like Delta Lake/warehouse.

• Analyzed store space and layout to assess display design requirements
• Take the design brief to record requirements and clients' needs.
• Creativity and imagination – with an eye for design, including color, and excellent 3D drawing awareness
• Great ability to work in teamwork and under pressure.
• Designing 3D design layouts.
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
• An extensive understanding of a wide range of design principles and approaches that includes knowledge of current industry trends
• Making adaptations and modifications to the actual site.
• Aptitude to learn new concepts quickly and accept new challenges.
• Display of multiple-tasking ability accompanied by sound judgment.
• Dexterity to prioritise and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail.

• 4yrs Experience as 3D Designer
• Experience in Retail Design Industry
• Should have good experience with 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Auto Cad, Adobe Illustrator and Corel draw
• Candidate from Delhi / NCR Faridabad or Nearby only
• Someone who is immediate joiner will be highly preferred.
• Graduation

Educational Qualification :

- B.E./B.Tech /M.E./ M.Tech/ MCA with (Bsc.IT/Bsc. Comp/BCA is mandatory)

- 60% in Xth, XIIth /diploma, B.E./B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/ MCA with (Bsc.IT/Bsc. Comp/BCA is mandatory)

Exp level - 1 to 5 yrs

Technical expertise required :

1. a) Meeting clients to understand their CRM and process requirements.
2. b) Work as a team member for system requirements definition process and system setup during implementation.
3. c) Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-out.
4. d) Creating and managing the project schedule, participating in performance standards discussions.
5. e) Translating client requirements into system configuration and custom developments and prepares an achievable delivery schedule.
6. f) Coordinating with departments to ensure delivery.

Desired Proficiency :

1. a) Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skill.
2. b) Ability to deliver on timeliness
3. c) Excellent customer facing skills
4. d) Appreciation of Business Issues
5. e) Strong Technical background.
6. f) Experience in BFSI and CRM domain is preferred.
