Job Overview:

Arthur Grand Technologies is looking for a motivated Business Development Market Research Analyst to support lead generation and client acquisition for the US IT Staffing market. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, analyze competitors, identify potential clients, and generate leads to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify companies hiring IT professionals in the US market.
• Perform competitor analysis to understand other IT staffing companies, their services, and client engagement strategies.
• Generate business leads for US IT staffing and recruitment services.
• Identify and build a database of target clients, HR contacts, and hiring managers.
• Acquire new clients through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Qualify client requirements and coordinate with the internal recruitment team for candidate submissions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track the sales pipeline.
• Support business growth by achieving lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills:

• 0.6 - 1 years of experience in market research or a related field (e.g., sales, product management).
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis principles.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong project management skills required.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in US IT Recruitment Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation / International Sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of US IT staffing market and hiring process is an advantage.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and online research tools.

Position Description:

Position Objectives:

SAP SCM Architect will involve in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA transformation program for customer. The Consultant should have good hands-on experiences on the SD, MM, PM, WM, PP, QM & IS-Retail modules of SAP. He/she will interact with the business and get the requirement to map it in SAP S/4HANA SCM modules. Must be able to guide the onsite and offshore functional and technical teams from SCM perspective. The person should be Bilingual (Able to Speak/Read/Write Thai and English language fluently)

The SAP SCM Architect should be able conduct workshop at client location to showcase the solution implemented in SAP S/4HANA as per the business requirements. He/she should be proficient in making configuration changes and deployment in both ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

Experience in Telecom Business will be preferable.

Onsite: Client IT and Business, TCS Project Manager and the rest of the TCS onsite functional/technical team

Offshore: TCS Offshore Project Manager, offshore functional/technical delivery team

Key Responsibilities:

The SAP SCM Architect is responsible for:

·       Participate/manage important client engagements regarding the implementation of mainly SAP S/4HANA SCM modules. Should be able to capture and translate business needs into functional specifications

·       Assist/Manage projects independently from blueprint to go-live by applying project management techniques as well as technical and business knowledge to ensure that high-quality results are obtained for customer.

·       Develop a high degree of S/4HANA product knowledge.

·       Design Build, enhance, maintain, and support the SCM solution.

·       Good experience in collaborating on integration with POS systems and integration of SCM modules with FI, CO, PS, etc. modules.

·       Map the current SAP ECC SCM processes into SAP S/4HANA.

·       Involve in design, development, integration of SAP S/4HANA system.

·       Actively share product and functional knowledge within the technical team

·       Lead the SCM project team

Lead Full Stack Developer (MEAN Stack) (Product Lead ) - 5+ Exp.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust MEAN stack Application.
• Should be able to plan & execute Development Sprints in Jira based on given Feature Documentation.
• Should be able to allocate resources for Sprints and give time estimates.
• Conduct Daily Standup Meetings for Team and make sure of Sprint Progress.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices for MEAN Stack development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and communicate project progress.
