Job Title: Web Designer Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented web designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern web design technologies, responsive design principles, and front-end development. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly websites while ensuring functionality, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, user-centric websites and web pages.
• Create clean, structured, and SEO-friendly layouts using DIV-based HTML5 and CSS3.
• Develop and maintain responsive designs that adapt seamlessly across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Utilize Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to support project planning and execution.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
• Implement modern web design techniques using CSS Flexbox, CSS Grid, and other contemporary front-end technologies.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and search engine visibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design, usability, and functionality issues creatively and efficiently.
• Develop solutions that ensure consistent performance across multiple browsers and platforms.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software development experience in java.
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e. g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, XML, jQuery)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Micro Services based architecture
• Experience with Angular 5 Angular 8 and/or experience with React JS
• Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle.
• Working with Senior leadership and stakeholders to present ideas and solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIsTest software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency in troubleshooting, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings.

• Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.

• Build, extend, and maintain reusable UI components that will be used across many applications.
• Develop best practices and guidelines for contributing UI and reusable components to a central component library.
• Perform installation of code releases and patches and write scripts or programs for IT applications.
• Work closely with our UX design team to ensure usable designs with a consistent look and feel.
• Maintain high-quality code and ensure best practices for UI development.
• Ensure designs follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Work in a fast-paced agile environment partnering with software engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Build the foundation of our supply side (enterprise) product from scratch. Maintain high standards of pixel perfect Ui’s and efficient User Experiences. 
• Our Supply Side ecosystem involves a plethora of products such as Catalog Management, Analytics Dashboard, Orders Processing, Finance Reconciliation, Notification centres etc. Develop a deep understanding of the mentioned use cases and build the systems for scale.
• Coordinate with Product managers, Product Designers & Backend Developers and outline sprints and tasks on a weekly basis.
• Conduct Comprehensive Unit tests before passing features to QAs. This requires a good top level understanding of backend infrastructure.
• Maintain High level of Code Quality and constantly optimize for performance and user experience.
• Be Collaborative. Self reliant and always keep pushing the limits of your knowledge.
