The Role: Ship Fast, Design Smart

You will be a core frontend specialist, leveraging React to translate complex financial data and AI insights into intuitive, high-speed user interfaces.

Key Impact Areas:

React Development & Prototyping

• Rapid Prototyping: Design and execute quick, iterative front-end experiments in React to validate new features and market hypotheses, moving from concept to production in days, not months.
• UX/UI Ownership: Build scalable, modern, and pixel-perfect UIs that are responsive, fast, and keep the customer's experience top-of-mind at all times.
• Performance: Optimize React components and overall application performance for speed and stability in a data-heavy environment.

Product Execution & Collaboration

• Agile Catalyst: Actively participate in and optimize Agile sprints, ensuring clear technical milestones, backlog grooming, and maintaining a laser focus on preventing scope creep.
• Domain Alignment: Translate complex financial requirements and user stories into precise, actionable React components and seamless front-end workflows.
• Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve technical and process bottlenecks, acting as the ultimate problem solver for the engineering and product teams.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field. 
• Minimum 3+ years of UI/Frontend development and a strong understanding of building complex layouts using JavaScript, CSS and HTML.

KEY SKILLS

• Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns including vanilla JavaScript, some experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Native, Webpack, and Typescript or similar library/tools.
• Obsessed with WPO (Web Performance Optimization) and web/mobile performance analysis.
• Experienced with web standards and protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and socket APIs in general.

• Designing and developing interactively Adapting / Responsive web applications using best practices on ReactJs and the latest front-end technologies.

• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS, LESS / SASS.

• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful APIs.

• Participate in complex technical and design decisions for ReactJs projects.

• Ensuring high performance of applications (on mobile and desktop) and providing support.

• Work closely with design teams, development teams and testing teams.

• Coordinate team deliverables assuring Quality and Completeness.

Technical Skills:

• Highly Skilled with proven experience in React 16+ and its State Management tools like Redux, styling framework like Material UI.

• Proficient in CSS, LESS / SASS, Semantic HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code.

• Extensive experience using JavaScript/ Typescript, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, LESS/SASS, Bootstrap, AJAX, JSON, Gulp, Grunt etc.

• Good Knowledge in Rest APIs/ GraphQL.

• Experience in tools such as GIT / SourceTree / Bit Bucket, JIRA, Confluence, etc.

• Should have understanding of the agile methodology

• User should have basic knowledge on tools like Figma / Adobe XD and photoshop etc.

Nice to have:

• Nice to have knowledge in Angular, NextJs.

• Nice to have knowledge in Progressive Web Application (PWA), Service Worker and Web Worker, etc.

• Best practices for Website Accessibility (WCAG)

Personal Traits:

• Strong Verbal and Written communication skills, such as meeting facilitation, presentation and documentation

• Work day-to-day with development team, QA testing team, providing expert support to each as needed and appropriate.

• Lead and Coordination experience with critical thinker and good problem-solver.

Education Qualification

Senior React Native Developer - iOS/Android Platform

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop cross-platform mobile applications in React Native which customers love using
• Work with product, design, backend teams to develop features
• Work on bindings and integrations required with native iOS and Android libraries
• Plan, estimate, and delivery your project with minimal supervision

Skills:

1 - 5 years of React Native experience with some hands-on experience with app development and launches especially deployment with the App Store and Play Store [Android + iOS].

Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, offline storage, state management.
