Role Overview

We’re looking for 3 Senior Resources to join our On-Call Support Team, ensuring platform stability and rapid issue resolution across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

Provide on-call support for production systems

Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority issues

Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain system reliability

Work across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers

Ensure uptime, performance, and scalability of applications

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks

Hands-on knowledge of cloud + on-prem environments

Solid understanding of containerized deployments

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Comfortable working in on-call support rotations

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

Build reusable, efficient, and scalable front-end components using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js

Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies in both MongoDB and PostgreSQL

Implement caching strategies using Redis to improve application performance

Design and maintain relational database models with PostgreSQL, including complex queries, transactions, and stored procedures

Implement responsive UI/UX designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure application quality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance

Implement security best practices and data protection measures

Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes

Senior Software Engineer Full stack/ Java track/ UI/ Android

Skills required: -

• Good design skills and exposure to multiple software architectures. -

• Strong understanding of OO/ knowledge of frameworks such as Spring/ Spring Boot/ design and good software development practices. -

• Strong core server-

• side technologies experience (Java) and/or having any of front end/UI skills (Angular, JS, HTML). Knowledge of Android is a huge plus. -

• Strong database skills including schema design. -

• Strong knowhow of data-structures and algorithms. -

• Experience with configuration management, testing, deployment. -

• Hands on development across technologies. -

• Exp- 4-6yrs . -

• Grad- B.E/ B.Tech (Computer Science/ Equivalent) from a premier institute.

Aternately: -

• Strong UI architecture and design skills and keen business sense. -

• Excellent front end/UI skills (JS, HTML, Angular, Flutter) and OR Android skills. -

• Good knowledge of nodeJS. -

Requirements

1.Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and other major platforms.

(Experience in edtech industry is a plus)

2. A results-driven mentality with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and ROI

3.Creative Mindset & Strong Analytical skill to manage campaign performance

4,Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with search engine marketing (SEM) is a plus.

5.proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms like google ads , google Analytics

6. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

7. ⁠Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

8. ⁠Basic Editing Skills

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute digital advertising strategies tailored to promote our EdTech app and its features.

2.Manage all aspects of online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and facebook ads.

3.Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and refine targeting strategies.

4.Create compelling ad creatives, including copywriting and visual assets, that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.

5.Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet KPIs.

6.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising, particularly within the EdTech sector.

7.Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement..

8. Given the requirement work on any tasks given by the marketing team

• Primary responsibility is to tie up and get into commercial agreements with schools for the Jodo monthly EMI plan
• Account Management? Enable Jodo to liaison with the schools tied up with, for close to everything from meeting the parents, doing events etc.
• Forge a strong relationship with the school management and principal and be their first port of call on anything to do with finances
• Team building - taking the lead in building a high quality sales team

     Requirements

• 3+ years of b2b sales experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset - the ability to be able to crack school deals independently and work to get tangible results without too much handholding
• Willingness to be on the ground most of the time and doing field sales
• Relevant experience of selling to schools is desirable but not a requirement
• Fluency in Kannada is a huge positive

Accounting and Compliances

• Responsible for day to day accounting function of the organization 
• Responsible for monthly/ yearly book closing
• Responsible for all statutory compliances including TDS, RBI, MCA etc.
• Ensuring adequate controls are in place
• Managing the payroll process

Lender Management

• Accurately calculating the billing amounts 
• Managing the invoicing & collection process

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for the weekly/monthly MIS Reporting – internal as well as investor reporting 
• Analysing the variances from the forecasted numbers

Taxation

• Managing the Corporate taxes including the tax audit
• Managing in the Indirect taxes including Goods and Service Tax

Treasury

• Monitoring the day-to-day cash and bank movements to calculate the free cash flows

The opportunity: Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis on large volumes of data to identify trends and/or data processing rules

• Team player of core analytics team.

• Responsible for weekly and monthly Sales/Marketing Reports on Gross and Net basis and other adhoc reports.

• Generating reports on daily basis at all stages ·

• Analyze the data to come out with insights on what leads to better conversions, student preferences, role on various
