About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Java Developer with 8 to 15 years of expertise in Java development, AWS cloud infrastructure management and product development for 3 products. There is a clear path to leadership role within the organization. If you are not from Chennai, you should be willing to relocate to Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS or other cloud infrastructure management. Responsibilities and duties:

• Working with clients to understand their software needs. Ability to ask relevant questions and present information in laymen terms for non-technical clients/stakeholders to understand.
• Ability to explain technical issues/considerations to non-technical staff including clinicians, business leaders, and designers.
