Roles & Responsibilities • Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc. • Convert PPT/storyboards into engaging digital content. • Create basic videos, animations, quizzes, and assessments. • Add interactivities, voiceovers, and subtitles. • Test and publish courses in SCORM/xAPI format. • Upload and manage courses on LMS. • Do basic QA and revisions based on feedback. • Work with Instructional Designers and SMEs.

Skills Required • Knowledge of e-learning tools (Storyline/Captivate – anyone). • Good PowerPoint and MS Office skills. • Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva/Photoshop/Premiere – preferred). • Understanding of LMS and e-learning concepts. • Good communication and time management. 

• Strong experience in core Java programming.
• Good experience in Spring and Hibernate 
• Proficiency with JSF/third party JSF components framework
• Must have at least 2+ years exp. of Web application development with exp. in using any MVC framework
• Knowledge of OOP concepts, industry best practices, and design

The TPM will assist in creating a data-driven culture that will change the way decisions are made, accelerate our business and create a new mindset as it pertains to the power of data.

As the Technical Program Manager, you are an exceptionally strong communicator, both written and verbally, and possess 7+ years of experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives, as well as strategic program management. Experience in managing large-scale, real-time Web programming, data pipelines and data solutions (lakes, databases, services) is a plus. You will help focus our data team, define the data roadmap and ensure stakeholders objectives are prioritized and met.

The TPM will be competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.
