This is a senior-level Product Marketing Manager role for a B2B SaaS company.


The person will lead customer marketing and lifecycle marketing initiatives — meaning they focus on existing customers (engagement, retention, advocacy, upsell, cross-sell), not just new lead generation. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Own and evolve the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Build campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy (like NPS, testimonials, referrals, etc.).
  • Create lifecycle campaigns to support upsell, cross-sell, and adoption.

2. Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers (content, demand gen, design, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency using design tools like Canva.
  • Track and report campaign performance.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Run multi-channel campaigns (email, content, social media, paid ads, webinars).
  • Manage lead nurturing and marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot or Marketo.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
