About the Role:
We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts and scale our user base. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and run paid ads on social media like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (Meta Ads), and other platforms
Create and manage email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns for user acquisition and retention
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards
Optimize for ROI, CPC, CTR, PPC and conversion rate Work with product and content teams to align growth marketing with business goals
Run A/B tests, improve landing pages, and try new growth hacks
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles
