Job Description:

We are looking for a BDM with experience in generating sales and developing new business for our company. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited by the prospect of growing with the company in a friendly environment and having a key role in the process.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing, generating, and growing new business- branding, website, marketing, and creating innovative business plans for clients.

2. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research

on target clients.

3. Selling Web and Digital marketing services/solutions including SEO, Google, PPC, social media marketing, B2B marketing, Branding, website development, and other services.

4. Create effective and persuasive proposals.

5. Excellent presentation, pitches, proposal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

6. Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.

7. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals

1. Experience in working with both manual and tag management analytics implantations and common troubleshooting tools, including Developer Tools, Tag Assistant, or GA Debug
2. Experience with analytics strategies across multiple sites and apps, diverse platforms, and high-traffic sites preferred.
3. Knowledge of general Web best practices in SEM, SEO, and UX
4. Knowledge of Web markup and front-end Web development in HTML5, CSS3, or JavaScript
5. Ability to communicate with developers in a meaningful way.
6. Have the technical and communication skills to clearly communicate the processes and tasks to make full use of tag management and tags.

You should apply if

- You have a strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and programming fundamentals

- You have been working on cloud infrastructure setup, especially on AWS since 8+ years

- You have set up and maintained reliable systems that operate at high scale

- Extensive experience in AWS, Kubernetes and optionally Terraform

Desired candidates must have 3-7 years of experience as NodeJs Developer.

If the candidate cannot relocate to Gurgaon, we can also provide permanent Work from home for this position.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for understanding functional and business requirements and translate them into effective code
• Provide support till deployment of code into production.
• Ownership for ensuring code optimization, problem diagnosis, and on-time delivery
• Implement solutions as per the pre-defined framework /guidelines and adherence to processes
• Finding an optimal solution for the problem statement
• Conduct peer code review.

What candidate should know about:

• Excellent hands-on experience with Node.Js, Express.Js, JavaScript
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Excellent hands-on experience with MongoDB, Mongo aggregation, MySQL
• Ability to build REST services, Authentications, MVC applications
• Excellent Object Oriented Programming skills and ability to write modular, secure, scalable, and maintainable code
• Experience with Elastic Search, Redis.
• Knowledge about AWS components (S3, EC2, Cloudfront, Redis Clusters, etc.)
• Self-learning abilities are required
• Familiarity with upcoming new technologies is a strong plus

Skills

❖ At least 8 years of full-time engineering experience

❖ Proven ability to work on multiple projects at a time within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

❖ Expertise in Node, Javascript (ES6) and good understanding of web frontend technologies

❖ Experience developing large-scale software products, quality, monitoring and reliability

❖ Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres

❖ Experience building REST APIs

Bonus Points

❖ Significant experience with TypeScript and Express.js

❖ Significant experience developing user interfaces with the React framework

Full Stack Developer with excellent and strong experience in the design and development of secure and high performing applications/products using MEAN Stack on Cloud-based architecture using DevOps processes.

Technical Experience/skills & Qualifications required:

• Degree in Computer Science
• 6 to 8 years of experience in Information Technology with at least 4+ years in MEAN stack development
• Highly experienced with back-end programming languages Ex: Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript etc
• Proficient experience using advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, Node JS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, etc.
• Development experience for both mobile and desktop.
• Understanding of server-side languages including such-as Jade, EJS, Jinja, etc.
• Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications
• Experience in development using the DevOps tools like Kubernetes, GitHub, Jenkins
• Experience in developing applications on the cloud platform especially AWS
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
• Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
• Experience working with JIRA and Gitlab
• Maintain code integrity and organization
• Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.
