About the Role:
HighLevel Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for our Real Estate & Home Services sectors. This role will focus on analyzing client requirements, leading programs across product areas, and collaborating with various product teams to ensure alignment and progress. The Program Manager will report progress to senior leadership, measure program efficacy, plan and execute user education and acquisition initiatives, and support various internal teams to increase market share in the Real Estate & Home Services niches.

Given that we expect Content Marketing - to both consultants and clients/enterprises – to be an integral strategy, the candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills.
We are also looking for a team member who is creative and identifies new ideas using basic principle thinking. Given that we are targeting accelerated growth especially over the next couple of years, urgency, ownership for results, and collaboration are must haves.
This role will own several key business goals for Flexing It and hence the thinking, implementation of campaigns/strategies and analysis and results will be critical. You will be required to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
- You have 2-5 years of experience using two or more development languages (ASP.NET, JavaScript, Scala, C#, etc.) with experience in Object-Oriented programming and full-stack web application development
- You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot and improve bad code
- You have experience with Agile and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
- Experience with developing web applications based on ReactJS
