What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.

• Design and implement REST APIs and socket-based communication.

• Work with RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, and Elasticsearch for robust backend design.

• Build fault-tolerant, multi-producer/consumer systems.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3–4 years of experience in Python and backend development.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, sockets, and network protocols (TCP/UDP/HTTP).

• Experience with RabbitMQ/Kafka, SQL & NoSQL databases, Redis, and Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end business problems and metrics, build and implement ML solutions using cutting-edge technology.

Create scalable solutions to business problems using statistical techniques, machine learning, and NLP.

Design, experiment and evaluate highly innovative models for predictive learning

Work closely with software engineering teams to drive real-time model experiments, implementations, and new feature creations

Establish scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, deployment, experimentation, and evaluation.

Research and implement novel machine learning and statistical approaches.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in data science.

In-depth understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical underpinnings.

Demonstrated ability to build PoCs for complex, ambiguous problems and scale them up.

Strong programming skills (Python, Java)

High proficiency in at least one of the following broad areas: machine learning, statistical modelling/inference, information retrieval, data mining, NLP

 Outbound Calling: Contact potential buyers (traders, resellers, distributors, scrap dealers, and aggregators)

and explain the BFS platform and its benefits.

 Buyer Onboarding: Register buyers on the platform and guide them through the registration process.

 Data Collection: Encourage buyers to submit quotes and participate actively in transactions on the BFS

platform.

 Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with buyers to ensure engagement and transactions.

 CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and buyer information in

the CRM.

 Market Feedback: Provide market insights and feedback to the management team for continuous

improvement.

·       Responsible for effectively communicating services offered by TrialGuna to cosmetic organizations, personal care companies (hair care, Skin Care, Dermatology products) to ensure their understanding and further discussions.

·       Work with Account Managers in developing a sales plan tailored to the local market.

·       Work with hospital staff and key physicians in the development and execution of a plan to effectively launch TrialGuna clinical trials at new sites and ensure ongoing commitment to the program.

·       Effectively convert high potential leads.

• Working with Banks in 24x7 based environment and identify Application problems and advising on the solution.
• Analyzing application/OS logs to spot common trends and underlying problems.
• Analyzing underlying database using SQL queries (MS SQL /Oracle or any other relational database).
• Deploying, testing, and reporting bugs/issues in new modules and support clients in testing.

Skills Required:

Responsibilities:

• Architecting and developing backend web applications / APIs
• Backend integration with SQL/No-SQL databases, and other external services/APIs
• Integration of web application frontend and backend
• End-to-end performance and optimisation of the web/mobile application
• Frontend development of UI/UX using latest technologies and best practices
• Integrating external services to frontend for various needs
• Work with QA team to ensure test coverage and execution
• Create and automate unit test cases and conduct regular code reviews
• Work with business team to ensure application meets requirements and expectations of external and internal clients
• Work effectively in Agile environment
